This hotel/resort has been renovated and was very nice. Great, affordable lodging on the ocean. Great views (whales) and a great breakfast in the A.M.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. We were suppose to have a top floor room with a King Deluxe room with a balcony, none were available so staff upgraded our room to a one bedroom top floor balcony suite for free. Staff answers front desk phone right away. Lobby was very clean offered free tea and coffee. Lobby is open 24 hours a day.

Perfect location on the beach, with incredible views. Perfect room comfortable, clean, and had everything you could need. Staff was very helpful and efficient. We would stay here again for sure.

I was in awe the whole time during my stay value is awesome , the view priceliss could not beat the wheather this late in the year, the staff are professional yet personal and warming , caring ,helpful and just was the most cool people . I will come back and stay again soon and will tell everybody I know that the coho is the place to stay there in Lincoln City I have lived in Oregon all my life and this by far the best vacation at the coast I have ever had thanks mostly to the coho hotel and their wonderful staff everybody not just lobby and management staff everybody had multiple conversations with all and felt very welcome and accepted thank you I was down there to recover from my moms passing tnot even a week prior and I'm very grateful for everything the coho and staff did for me . Thank you and God bless mark Douglas hope to see you all again very soon .

great location, short walk to stores easy access to beach fantastic ocean al view from room

This place was absolutely great. From the moment we walked in our room we were so happy. Loved the Oceanfront view, the nightly fire-pits, the super nice and accommodating staff, the beach below where you can make your own fire, etc. Overall the place has a great vibe and we had a wonderful experience!

The room was gorgeous and the view is spectacular. This is the third trip to this hotel and we have never been disappointed. We love the firepit area over looking the ocean. If you visit Lincoln City the Coho is the place to be.

The hotel staff is awesome and the location is ideal, for a king suite it was a little smaller than I expected, but clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Went there for the misses birthday. I would recommend the campfire package. The location is great. Food could have been better, but not the worst. The staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure to check out Jay's fish and chips!

Fabulous stay can't wait to come back and stay longer !

This is a very nice motel with great rooms and a great location on the Oregon coast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. We loved the gas fireplace on a fairly cool night. Since we stayed only one night we did not use the cooktop stove, refrigerator, etc in our room. Dinnerware was also present in the room.

The entire coast was "sold out". "No Vacancy" signs everywhere. I was glad we found this room .. It was just average and nothing to brag about. Very bad bed. Like sleeping on a rock. Friendly staff, spectacular Ocean view, and a good breakfast (included in the Price) saved the overall rating.Thank you!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They put in a fan in my room. The room had a great ocean view and the breakfast was good.

Got my reservation for 2 nights here in this website. When I got to the hotel they say that this website is a 3rd party and that the reservation was made for only 1 night, that the next morning I needed to check out of that room and check in again for another room. I was in shock. But didn't have any other choice. Went early next morning to do that. They say they call me when the new room was going to be ready. They didn't call ALL day. Almost 5:00PM I called and the lady say that she didn't think the room was ready but she was going to check and call me back. She did and the room was ready. They gave me a room at a 2 floor. Walls paper thin. Could here people talking and every move they make you feel it in your room, and the people from upstairs got there really late at night drunk or something. But I couldn't sleep due to the noise and the walking or jumping, it was that bad. I called reception like 4:20 AM no answer, to see if they could go upstairs and tell those people to keep the noise down. Noise level continued, so I decided to check out of this hotel at 6:30AM. Yes, that early, that's how mad I was! Went to the front desk to check out, the gentleman there was really nice, but he gives me this bill. I asked why the bill if I payed already and the gentleman said no I didn't. I explained everything and he couldn't believe it. He asked me for the name of the lady that helped me on the 1st day when I got there. He started checking the computer to see what happened, I waited like for 15 minutes until he said that I needed to come back at 9:00am to talk to the manager because someone did something wrong. I could not believe what was happening. And I was sooooo sleepy, I just wanted to get to the 2.5 hrs to get home to sleep. I went back at 9 one lady said, there's no problem the charge was going to be erased from my credit card. So I was relieved. I checked my credit card account this morning and I have TWO charges...one for the first night and another one for the second night . I called and was told that someone will call me later. Four hrs. has passed and I still waiting. This people have no idea of what they are doing. They are not honest, only want your money even though you paid in advance. Would never stay there ever again.

I booked one of the partial ocean view rooms and the view was nice, room was clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Price was a bit high. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast was included. Would stay again!

I have stayed in a variety of good hotels on the Oregon Coast, admittedly a bit more expensive than the Coho. I didn't expect to be "underwhelmed," but in truth I was. The staff seemed inexperienced, sometimes with only one person on counter trying to field guest requests and phone calls. More than once I needed to come to the lobby to get things I normally would have expected to pre-exist in the room - tea, shower cap, tissues when ours had disappeared. The hotel was perfectly adequate in most regards, so as a less-expensive alternative it does deserve a look. We had a good time.

Very nice job on updating and remodeling. Great location if you like nosing around the tide pools at low tide. View was beautiful. Bed was a tad on the firm side, but otherwise a clean and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay at Coho again!

We will definitely return to the Coho. The room was clean and comfortable with a perfect view of the coast. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. Thank you for a great week.

I would of give them a 5 starts. The reason I didn't was because I got there around noon because I got to the town early. I knew that probably the room wasn't ready yet, but I just stop to check. The front desk lady told me that she will call me when the room were available. She finally called at 4:40 when check in at 4:00. Other than that, the staff is awesome, room very clean, perfect view. I really recommend this hotel and for sure will come back again. The continental breakfast was so good. They even had biscuits and gravy! Nice place to stay.
