We just needed a place to stay as we were traveling through the area on a roadtrip down the coast and this was perfect. Nice clean and quiet room. Basic but just right for the price. Check in was easy and the woman at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room was quiet and clean. My only complaint was that the mattress was a little hard and lacked support. Also, I don't remember if they advertise continental breakfast, but all I saw in the morning was a half-full case of danishes and some coffee. We opted to eat at a restaurant nearby anyway so it made no difference to us.

Worked out just fine for a last minute booking. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower and tub were massive and very clean, petfect for a hot bath.

We didn't have much option on hotels.Rhe room appeared clean but not comfortable. Short curtain had something on it and just would not recommend to anyone. It wasnt worth 125.00 a night. No continental breakfast, you can hear the people in the next room, no elevator (disability)

If you are looking to save money and you will be in Newport, OR, then this would be the place. It's right across the street from a Fred Meyer maga-store. The Italian restaurant next door has great food and the price is reasonable.

Very good experience, great location, nice people, clean room, quiet

Reserved a room for two nights for my son traveling and a very late arrival. Thanks to a desk clerk named Jerry all went very well. He is a thoroughbred. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure my son's room was held. I kept calling him at the motel telling him which town my son was in and Jerry was worried that I was putting too much pressure on my boy traveling 900 miles and so he was willing to stay late. Imagine that in this day and age. Customer service highest star rating. My son told me how friendly and nice he was when he did arrive. My son will be staying there every time he comes to visit his mom, now. Thanks, Jerry! You made new friends and so did we. :)

The lighting was dark, the bed was only a full, surprised when I saw it. No fan or air, window opened onto hall so no cool air or air movement, a bit hot. overpriced.

It was okay. The location was good. It was for a good price.

Looking for a cheap room in Newport, this is it. Just an old room, with functional bed, bathroom and mini fridge. A bit musty even in the cooler months. A lack of air flow for sure, old rooms. For more money you can get the newer rooms across the parking lot which looked very good, instead of these cheapest ones on the second floor above the check in. But the price was right, room was clean, no bugs or other issues other than ventilation.

From a distance, this motel looked nice - approaching the front door - first impressions - all the trimwork on the building's front was peeling off and needed attention. The cleaning fluid smell in my room was almost overwhelming. The nice big TV took up almost all of the desk space, so no place set up my laptop and work on my computer except for sitting in the bed. Good WiFi signal. No screen on bathroom window. Curtains in the bedroom barely covered the window. Room sort of dark and depressing. Continental breakfast included coffee machine, pre-packaged bagels and packages of cheese/crackers.

My wife and I stayed two nights in room 216. It was so small there was no room for a table or any chairs or even a place to hang your clothes. Other rooms we saw were much roomier. The lobby is also tiny - with only enough space for two chairs. The breakfast offering was meager. Luckily the weather was OK, so we could spend all day out and about.

Very very small, old looking but clean room. Wifi crawling to death. No mini fridge and broken windows.(screen loose and falling apart). Walls are thin and you could hear conversations. Location is what keeps it alive. For the same price would try somewhere else next time.

for a budget price, this was an excellent stay. room was quiet and clean. staff was pleasant and helpful.

Ok. Staff was very nice. No AC though. Rooms were clean ADHD bathroom large enough.

I realize that a snow storm in March might have affected some things, but should not see daylight under a door or have a cold breeze to deal with for two days after complaining. Also the amenities were a total joke.....told to walk to Walmart for WIFI, actually had it but their 4 connections would not stay online for more than a few minutes and the cable was out for most of our stay! Also NO SMOKING should mean STAFF TOO!! ASTHMA is NO JOKE!!

the staff was nice and friendly.the motel was just finishing up a remodel so every thing was new and bright they had fruit and pastry for break fast it was top of the line for the price agate beach is right down the road fred meyer is across the street the liquor stores half a block

Very convenient to everything you want to visit, right off the main road. Very friendly office staff, nice bathroom and room size. Map of town attractions free at front desk Great stay, with coffee, pastry, and fruit in the morning.

Good Hotel,clean,and quiet

This hotel is clean with relative large room space. It is a good choice with this price.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Only thing missing was place to hang clothes for 4 night stay.
