Staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a little 24 hour shop in the lobby to buy snacks, beverages, or items that may have been forgotten on our trip. Pool was open until 10pm for everyone, and midnight for adults which was great (I appreciate the later hours since I'm a bit of a night-owl). There is also a hot tub, sauna and a small workout space with a couple pieces of equipment. The continental breakfast was well-stocked throughout the hours it was open (7-10am) and staff was there throughout to keep coffee brewed, etc. I went down several times to refill coffee rather than brewing in my room and they never seemed to run out of anything even with the constant hum of people. One bed was comfortable & firm, the other super soft/squishy and not made for older & bigger bones and bodies LOL. The "partial view" was barely that, but we could hear the ocean several blocks away and see the water (but not the coastline) from the 2nd floor balcony. The view is probably a better from 3rd floor. Lastly, this may have been an Orbitz fumble, but there was roof construction going on during our stay that we were notified of right AFTER booking. It started at 8 am and went on until we left to go sight-seeing around 11:30am. It was rather loud and obnoxious, but they have to do repairs at some point, so it wasn't a huge issue for us (and the roof repairs ended the day we left). The construction workers were also pleasant and courteous to guests.

This hotel is very cozy and convenient we were very pleased and enjoyed how nice and comfortable it was, I would come back! Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to everything you need. Entertainment is important. A very clean and friendly hotel. We look for rooms with 2 beds, & a slider door for our pet to go directly outside. This hotel even has your own room number parking spot right out your door! Convenient!

It would be better if you did not have to go outdoors to the next building to use the pool and hot tub. It was overall a good value.

The motel is right on 101 and well located for the things we wanted to do in Lincoln City. It was quiet, I've stayed here twice on both sides of the motel and even on the street side there was little to no traffic noise with the window closed. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Liked the big adjustable shower heads, nice little ad-ons like good quality soaps. They Offer a free breakfast that is more than just cereal and bread. They also have a pool which is nice for vacationers with kids. It was (unusually) hot the day of our stay and there is no air conditioning in the room. That is fine as it is very rare on the coast to need it. We were provided with a fan and were able to stay comfortable, but had to leave our slider open all night to get the cooler air after sunset. This is a security risk for lodgers and the reason I gave the motel 4 overall instead of 5 stars.

We had a pleasant stay at this very roomy hotel. My 10year old enjoyed the covered pool . The beds were comfy but they could use softer pillows. The Wifi did not work in any part of the room. But other than that our stay was very favorable.

As the title says, this hotel was clean, comfortable and pet friendly. There was no air conditioning, and the room was a little warm when we checked in, but opening the balcony sliding door fixed that quickly. The breakfast was much better than the usual "continental" fare in most motels/hotels with hard boiled eggs, pancakes, hash browns and biscuits and gravy. All in all, a nice experience and we would not hesitate to re-book if we are out that way again.

Surprised at how affordable it was for the comfort and appearance.

Quick family getaway and this hotel had everything we were looking for! Plus a great pizza place next door, we were able to swim, lounge in the hot tub, rent a movie and grab a great pizza. Exactly what our family needed, plus a great breakfast free of charge!

The surprise was the best hotel breakfast of hot sausage, biscuits and gravey plus all of the other standards for a very good price. The pillows where not the most comfortable for my preference but room was clean and staff friendly.

This hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating however the hotel room, while appearing clean, smelt a little of urine. It was unclear if the sheets on the pull out couch were fresh or previously used. There was no A/C in our room, only two fans. For a August stay this was not ideal. The price was affordable especially since we needed accommodations for 5 for a spontaneous trip to the beach.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was a nice enough room. The bathroom was a little small, but everything was very clean. I was disappointed in the lack of a/c, but they did provide us with a fan, and since we spent most of the day out and about, the fan and the open patio door kept us cool enough at night. The continental breakfast was not very good. No bacon, no scrambled eggs. Their coffee, however, was the best hotel coffee we've ever had. The staff was very helpful and nice. When I noticed that there was no ironing board in the room, I called down to the front desk and one was brought up immediately. I know this sounds petty, but, seriously, for the money we spent on the room, a little bitty ironing board that sits on top of the table. So, if you want a clean place to stay with plenty of parking and a friendly staff, this is the place. If amenities are important to you, look elsewhere.

The overnight manager was fantastic, I made the last minute reservation, but did not get there until 5am... she kept my room waiting so I could be some sleep before I had to continue on my drive down to southern Oregon. The breakfast was a treat and it was good too. This is very convenient to Chinook Casino and rooms cost a lot less than Chinook and I felt they are just as nice too :)

Friendly staff, good parking, close to local attractions.

The hotel was very clean. I liked the fact that from 10pm until midnight the pool and hot tub were adult only time. Also the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall great stay.

The hotel was great all around. Very welcoming staff, the amenities were great (heated pool, new fitness equipment, sauna, dvd rentals in the lobby and a good breakfast), location was good to travel around the town and very close to the beach. Definitely worth the money and the wifi was faster than what im accustomed at a hotel.

Location is good because of backroad options to lessen use of hwy101. Breakfast is provided. But more variety would be nice. Rooms are adequate and clean.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff. Not on the ocean, but convenient.

It was nice and relaxing just in joyed the room.:)

After reviewing all of the photos online, we were expecting a quaint romantic botique hotel. Guess we were mistaken. The pictures must have been of the one prime room that they have. While the room was clean and adequate it was way below what we expected. The room was very drab and outdated. It is hard to be romantic in a room that is so poorly decorated. We also peaked into a few other rooms and they were the same. I was amazed that there was no A/C unit in any of the rooms...just a fan. Kinda strange. The morning breakfast was decent but it would be nice if you changed up the menu just a bit. I like biscuits and gravy and sasuage but after three straight days it is a bit much. Throw a little bacon in there or maybe some fruit ot a waffle. If you want basic then this is your place.
