Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise our stay was great. Ate a lot of food. Great pool

I have been going to this hotel for years. I love it I just don't care much for the remodel that they did to this hotel. The microwave is in an uncomfortable spot. They took out all of the beautiful tile and replaced it with cheesy laminate flooring. They no longer have screens on the sliding doors. The breakfast was just like every other place which I would expect this hotel to be a cut above all others. The coffee was horrible. They should get farmers brothers coffee it is the best. This hotel is quiet, clean, and the location is great. The maids keep the rooms super clean and the breakfast attendants do a great job keeping the food stocked and the area clean. Be sure to leave tips for both. I would recommend this hotel. If you did not know about the beautiful furniture and tile they replaced in the remodel you would never know the difference. The rooms stay rather warm even in the winter so make sure you enjoy sleeping in a warm room at night.

Very clean hotel with helpful and happy staff. Very convenient with a beautiful view! The rooms are inviting and clean. We enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back soon!

Room was spacious, comfortable with a an amazing balcony view of the Pacific Ocean. Loved having a gas fireplace and ceiling fan. Can't say anything negative about this hotel.

We love ESI! This is the only place we stay! Always clean, friendly and a good value! Tea, coffee, salmon chowder( We love their salmon chowder!), hot cookies and a hot breakfast! Best value on the coast with awesome views and you can walk to old Nye beach!

The staff was topnotch and the view was beautiful . Have to walk through the hotel next door to get to the beach though.

Thank you for being dog friendly. We really enjoyed our first visit to the coast with our puppy!

The 4th room floor had terrible ventilation, and only one fan that did not work well. There are no screens to cover the windows or the porch area which seems crazy to me. I suggest putting screens in for the safety of children in the rooms. The view was nice overall, but the accessibility to the pool and breakfast area was on different floors. The pool was at the bottom of the hotel through the parking area- kind of out out of the way. Too expensive for the room we did get and the service was mediocre from the front staff. Not very friendly.

This is the second time we've stayed here and you just can't beat the view. The rooms are nice with the fireplace and balcony overlooking the ocean. We enjoy the chowder and cookies in the evening--though the breakfast was not all that good (very rubbery eggs and crunchy sausage patties). Food can vary depending on the cook, so no worries.

This was a great location and our favorite hotel on our week long trip of Portland and the coast. Ocean front with a fireplace and very clean and spacious.

This place has a great breakfast. For a family with a little one that is great. In the lobby at night there was chowder and cookies . The rooms were very nice with a great view. We booked for anniversery but months ago but when we got there the place was full of preteen girls for some tourney .

THe view is great and the shops and restaurants in Newport are wonderful.

This is a nice hotel in Newport along the coast. It is reasonable priced and has a pool and spa that overlooks the ocean.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay at the Elizabeth Street inn. Friendly staff, warm pool, and tasty free food were all a nice bonus in my opinion. My only slight complaint was it was hard keeping the temperature of the room in a comfortable zone. Overall I would recommend this hotel, and I plan on coming back in the near future.

This hotel is awesome, however, the night time check in desk attendants leave much to be desired. Their overall unhappiness with live started the stay on the wrong foot.

This hotel is great, we had a wonderful time on our quick overnight stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and in the perfect location (a quick walk on the beach to Nye beach). To top it all off, the hotel provided chowder at 5, cookies at 8, and a full breakfast in the morning. You won't be hungry while visiting Elizabeth Street Inn.

These rooms have very poor ventilation, and since the pilot light for the fireplace is ALWAYS on, it's hard to cool the room down. The sliding door opens to the deck, but unless you want to leave the front door open you don't get a draft through the room.

The rooms were outstanding. The breakfast area was top notch. We really enjoyed the room. Only draw backs were the long walk to the beach and the guest smoking below us.

Very good, beautiful view from our room. The person who checked us in was pleasant but almost distracted. She said there would be $10 added in case of unplanned necessities. When I asked about this when checking out, the lady (different person) was very nice and said it could be fees for ice cream or video rentals, which we hadn't been told were available. Also, the chain was broken on the ceiling fan, it was about 4 inches long. I had to stand on a chair to adjust it. Seems they would want to fix that. Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they did have both. Breakfast was very nice, anything you would want.

It was everything plus more! Staff was great! Very friendly!
