It didn’t meet the exceptional rating on Orbitz. Older property and felt like it. Room itself was clean and tidy, but lobby, halls lot and other were visibly worn, old and in need of thorough update.

The Comfort Inn is in a great location. Easy to get to Bayfront and Nye beach area for some great food. Plenty of parking.

The property has and is going through some remodeling. It looks good and my room was clean and bed and linens were great. The grab and go breakfast is terrible. Its technically not grab and go..You have to microwave it. Its like a gas station breakfast. In my opinion I would remove the "breakfast" from the menu.

Booking what I thought was the jacuzzi room for $250 and showing up and no jacuzzi in the room and having to pay another $20 for what we had for that outrageous price in the first place.
It was perfectly nice. Close to the sights. The walls were a little thin.
Our special requests were accommodated. Check in was quickly accomplished.
fast check-in, staff was great and cookies were good. Good hot breakfast. The walls are very thin and you can hear people walking above you.
Front desk staff was not helpful during the reservation process and throughout my stay. Check in was particularly long and unfriendly.
I love the atmosphere of this hotel. The staff are cool and really work with you to make you feel happy and at home. Very quick check in if you pre booked and paid in full. Don't know for those who just walk in. It wasn't noisy I really like that. I was able to sleep. It's a central location. Close to food I love that.
My little family and I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. We were welcomed by an array of cookies in the lobby when we arrived. Our room was ready (4:30 pm) and it was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Our children enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. The breakfast the next morning was terrific. There were so many options! All the staff were friendly during our visit. We will be back!
My stay at this Comfort Inn was very satisfactory. The goal of the weekend was a relaxing weekend getaway, and I was able to achieve that easily. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, the room clean and the two minute walk to the beach a wonderful bonus.
So when I beeped the room it said there was a view of the ocean... Yea not so much. If you put your head really close to the windowyou could see this little square between two buildings of the neighboring hotel. I usually really like comfort inns but I don't think I would stay at this one again.
This is a great lil hotel. We use every year. It has everything but a pool or spa. Very close walk to beach for price. =) =)

Sorry you were not pleased with the breakfast offerings, we are hoping to be able to resume our full breakfast soon. It's up to the State and County.
