Great stay all around! Loved the room. Very clean and maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options in the morning!
The rooms are spacious and the rooms with a view of the River are nice as well. I had an excellent view. The parking can get a bit tight. I appreciated their daily breakfast offerings that came with an omelet station that was pretty cool. Would definitely stay here again.
I was visiting by myself. I was placed in a room under another building. Not in the main hotel rooms. Downstairs away from main hotel rooms, down a corridor. Over a wood board.Then came two doors under building. The clerk told me it was a nice room it was where she stayed when weather didn’t allow her to get home? The room looked nice just not in a safe place. I chose to drive home rather than stay. Sandra Izquierdo
Everything was clean and nice. The hotel staff was very pleasant. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we were ready to check in so they did give me a discount and that was very appreciated. I was very disappointed though because my husband and I were here for our anniversary and we wanted to cook a steak dinner and eat the crab we caught but the original room I reserved we didn’t get. I reserved a room with a kitchen and because they were booked I couldn’t switch to that room. I feel with the price of hotel rooms we should have got what we reserved. Overall though I was happy with our stay.

Check in time was 4:00. Clerk said she would call us if room was available early, she didn't. The heater in our room was broken, we were cold and miserable, had to wear sweat shirts to bed.
Clean rooms, good size, nice view.
We could not take a shower because the device to make the shower to divert the water would not pull up. The sound from the group next-door went on all night. However they have a very nice restaurant there and the beds were wonderful.

Again booked riverview connecting rooms. Hotel says they do not have connecting rooms. Orbitz website said they did. Did not get connecting rooms that I booked.
Rooms have no ventilation except with sliding door left open. Floor dirty and sandy on check in. Overall room quality not aligned with $200+ nightly rate.

We are a 24 hour services hotel and any concerns about your safely or your room location could have been discussed with a call or visit to the front desk. We would have gladly moved you to a room in which you felt comfortable and secure. Rest assured that the Florence area has very little crime. I would ask that next time you are in the area you would give us the opportunity to see that you have an enjoyable stay.
