Situated very near to the train station and in a straight line way to Egnatia where all the activity begins. Staff at the reception were efficient, buffet and dinner was varied. Clean spacious room complete with private bathroom mini fridge and electric kettle.

we stayed for five days in saloniki. the hotel was very comfortable. nice and clean room good beds ,the stuff was very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist NICOLLETA the breakfast was good and included all the greek specialties. the free cell phone in the room and free taxi to the near shopping center, is a surprising benefit we highly recommend this hotel

In a few words. Arrived early morning around 04:00, polite reception gave us the key, but, apart from the internet which I could not get connected and had lots of work to do, the photos shows the rest.

Everything was great! The room was great, the shower, the food, the staff and the service. It is about 15 minutes from Aristotle Square by foot. Taxis are cheap and all the taxi drivers were very nice. My only complaint is the quality of the toilet paper. Looking forward to my next visit!

The number one advantage of this place is the staff. Such proffesional workers who try to do their best just to please the guests. But there are many objective details the visitors must know. First, the hotel is located ten minutes away from the centre. In most cases it wouldn't be a problem, but here there are road constructions and the pavements are uncomfortable. The breakfast and dinner are ok. The rooms heading the street are very noisy due to heavy traffic.

The hotel is in a good location - near to the station and the buses and walking distance to the shops and sights. The main road is being dug up but no one is currently working on it so it is quiet! The hotel is very big, the room was compact clean warm and comfortable but due to the size of the hotel it was not always quiet. A bit of a mystery - we had a kettle but no tea and coffee things..The breakfast was OK with a reasonable range of hot (well warm) and cold food. The staff worked hard keeping the tables clear and tidy. The reception staff were also very helpful.

The Capsis is no intimate hideaway for a quiet and cozy hotel experience. It is a big place, and it caters to large tour groups, so the breakfat room can be crowded and very busy in the morning. But my room was perfect and quiet, the breakfast was unusually generous for the rate I paid, and the front desks ladies provided superb service. The hotel is not smack in the center of town but not too far, and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The Alexandra restaurant, across the street and a little to the left, serves excellent down home greek food at an amzingly reasonable price (not to confuse with the Chinese retaurant, which I haven't tried).

Due to a disappointing stay, many years ago, I was anxious. But, they have really improved. The executive room was adequately refurbished, the room service very helpful, the stay late option a must have. Excellent value for money

The Anatolia hotel ground staff appear helpful but do not have authority to make decisions. I contacted this hotel through email regarding needs for health reasons and then when my plans had to change due to ill health and their was no communication. On the later they only communicated when contacted by directly and then the staff could not make any decisions. I would not recommend if you have health issues as they clearly are not prepared to even communicate weather they can accommodate your needs!

I have heard many good things about this hotel...hmm ..was waiting for more.Abviously there is an efford to reveal his glorious days but deteals makes the difference. For example whats the meaning of having hot water for preparing a tea or coffee in the room, if there is no tea or coffee...also if you make a renovation (bathroom)make sure tha new stuffs stay where you put it. Ventilator is also important.Details but ... Nevertheless big room and clean
