Liked the location. There was glass stain on the counter from when I checked in to when I checked out. In addition, for two days in a row, I was given hand towels instead of bath towels. I’ve never had that experience at any hotel before. How do you run out of bath towels ? Between the spotty housekeeping and the lack of bath towels, I was sadly disappointed.

A staff was disappointing to me. Maybe she had a bad day. However, I cannot understand why she was upset and unkind to me. It is totally unprofessional. A curly short hair female staff, who I don't remember her name, was not apparently nice to me at 12:45 on 10th Feb 2019. If I had a time to meet the manager, I would appeal the unacceptable situation to the manager. The other staffs were fine and helpful. I don't want to have such a bad experience again. Please be kind to customers. Is this a hotel? Why am I unhappy when I ask something to hetel staffs? I cannot accept her attitude at all. I will stay again soon. Then, I will check her attitude. If possible, I want to hear the hotel manager's apology.
There were many parking spaces. I could easily use the spaces. The room was also clean. The staffs were kind and professional.
It is situated at the heart of Seoul within minutes of walking to Gangnam station. There are a number of bars and restaurants close to the hotel as well. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are visiting Seoul!
Good location, helpful staff, quiet room. Only issue is the cost of breakfast for what is available. No problem, because a supermarket is close by and I had a stove with pot and pan.
Room was much smaller and less charming than pictured. Quite tight accommodations. Lobby cold (we stayed in December), restaurant cool, hallways cold. Room was warm - thank goodness! Would not stay here again. Quite far from airport- taxi there ran about $70 (usd).
