The property is in great need of maintenance. There was a leak on both bathrooms, the laundry's door was detached, and the stove's drawer was on the floor.
We had five units. They all were perfect. Very clean and friendly

The property it’s nice but need some update. Seems shortage in employees and maintenance. Pool chair were dirty and faded.
Although a lovely property my stay here was not good. I visited with a family of 7. The first night after returning from the pool and washing our clothes in the washing machine, it overflowed. We were in the living room watching a movie so we hadn’t noticed it until returning to the kitchen and seeing water coming from both bedrooms all the way down the hall to the kitchen. We called the front desk and asked for maintenance. The front desk representative advised no maintenance was on the property at that time of night. I asked was there someone that could send towels over so we could clean up the room ourselves, she said there was no one there but her. We settled for changing rooms, but that was horrible because there was no one on staff that could help us. At about 1 o’clock in the morning Myself my sisters and 4 children were moving all of our luggage, our groceries and belongings 4 buildings over with no help. Once we got to our new room we Discovered the pull out couch would not pull out. Again since there was no maintenance we had to wait. Maintenance came the next day and it took 2 guys to get the couch to pull out. At checkout I spoke to the young lady about my experience and ask was there anything they would do to accommodate us she advised that the cleaning fee would be waived. A fee that was never mentioned to begin with. Overall not happy with my stay.
There was a couple of times where other guests were very loud. But that was it. The resort was great and we would stay again.
I loved the location of the property and location of my room. I booked a suite with them. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. For the amount i paid i expected more.The appliances in the kitchen was very old. The suite smelled like it hadn't been used in a long time. The shower and tub fixtures were old. The Tv's were small and for that amount of money could've at least been smart Tv's. It stormed and channels went out so had no tv to watch...overall i wouldn't stay again. Needs to be updated.

I loved the size of the suite, huge living room/dining room area and 2 spacious bedrooms. Also huge balcony. I hated the bad smells coming through vents in masterbathroom, mostly cigarette smoke
