The hotel and manager were very accomadating. What I was very upset with was ORBITZ. We had wrongly booked our room at the wrong Quality Inn where the rest of my party was staying. Trying as hard as we could, we could not cancel our reservation at the wrong location change to the proper Quality Inn (the two are about 3 miles apart). We will never use your services again and advise others to stay away.

It had everything I needed but you get what you pay for.

The staff was good, very helpful. The hotel is outdated, the floors are all carpeted and smelly, the same with the rooms. Some small roaches and flys.

Motel is average. Carpet needs cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with all you would need for a fast one. All staff was extremely nice and acknowledged you when they saw you. Would stay there again.

Arrived one hour after 3pm check in time...room not cleaned...bathroom dirty...bed not changed...staff appeared to be somewhat removed from the level of concern i would have expected. Never got the towels promised since they were not out of the laundry when we arrived in the room. Front desk and manager spent a lot of time outside.Two air conditioning units were down in the property as well. This property needs much attention!!!!!

Love that they take pets. We always travel with our dog and its nice to find a place that works with pets. Friendly staff and good location by movies, shopping and food.

The staff was friendlyand the room was clean. The hot tub is very small and for the second time I have been there the jets did not seem to work. The breakfast is good for a continental breakfast but not for the hearty appetite.

Front desk people were courteous and helpful, breakfast was not too bad. My room smelled like it had been a smoking room for 30 years and still hadn't lost the funk. Bathroom is dated to the 50's, newer sheets on bed.

I wake up the next morning with red dots all over me. I went to my doctor and they were bed bugs..... I will never stay there again or use Orbitz again.

This hotel was a good value. Very Clean. Would stay again, especially good food locations throughout.

Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Great location many restaurants nearby. Many within walking distance. Nice place to stay for the low price.

ORBITZ

great staff, bad hotel

trip to iowa to see family

Motel is average. Carpet needs cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with all you would need for a fast one. All staff was extremely nice and acknowledged you when they saw you. Would stay there again.

okay for an overnight
