My only complaint is that there is only 1 elevator. Other than that, great facility really friendly staff!

The size of the room was fantastic. The heating/cooling was very consistent and easily regulated. The hot breakfast was excellent and the dining room had plenty of seating. We had one issue: the room to which we were assigned had not been cleaned. However, the front desk staff quickly found us a new room.

I've stayed at this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. The location provides quick access to the freeway and Collins Road and there is a Walmart nearby in the event you need supplies. The facility is always clean, the breakfast is always great, the pool is inviting, and the staff is always friendly. The only thing that is even remotely questionable is the parking (lighting and foliage on the north side of the parking lot). There is a potential for people to be hiding in the foliage and snooping around cars. I have not experienced this, but I could imagine it happening. They could mitigate this potential issue by cutting back some of the foliage and adding a few more lights on the north side of the parking lot. If you park against the hotel or behind the hotel, these issues do not exist.
We had plenty of room, quietness, cleanliness and a great warm breakfast the next morning.

Very nice hotel and is close to I380. The room was large and very comfortable. The pool was dated but clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent, lots of hot and cold options. The only thing I didn't care for was the curtains because they were the style that pull towards the middle and those never fully close, I just used a hanger with clips to keep them closed. Will definitely stay here again.
The hotel was a good bang for the buck. Clean and cozzy
Jane at the front desk was great. Holly was a different story. I ran into a rental car problem at the airport and when i called Holly to see if they could send a shuttle to pick me up her attitude was rude .

There was nobody at the counter when we arrived, so we had to wait for that person to return so we could check in. Other than that minor inconvenience, our stay was excellent.
