Staff was friendly and the rooms were quiet and comfortable
They did not check ID. My room was given to our friend then they could not find his room to give to us ( these rooms were prepaid and I had our confirmation numbers) When they did get us a room the key card did not work. After another trip to the desk and looking for the hotel host the keys were fixed. We tried to get in our room to only find someone was already checked into our room. Another trip to the front desk and looking for the hotel host we got another room. The room was a 2 queen bed setup and I booked a king. The next morning I was looking for my socks I dropped and looked under the bed and found trash, cups, tape and dust under both. Our friends had house keeping open their door on them without knocking and it was not checkout time yet. When reported to owner/manager at checkout he said would talk to the night host but nothing else was offered. We will never stay here again.
Very nice room. Comfortable beds. Updating would be nice but suficient as is. Great location. Close to all major shops, restaurants and attractions
Helpful and courteous staff. My flight arrived early so I was at the hotel before the check in time, but I was able to get into my room early. Their breakfasts are very good.
Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice room, ac worked really well with hot days. Shower was nice and clean, all very enjoyable. My only issue was a sheet that was not clean to any standard, had some stains on it that looked like blood. Parking was horrible too. Told someone at the hotel about a pickup truck with a trailer taking up 5 parking spaces, and nothing was done about it. Other than that very nice hotel.
Dropped my bags off and the non smoking room I requested and the room smelled like a ash tray. Told the front desk about it and they came by and sprayed the room, which made the problem worse. They were booked up so no other room was available until the next day. Not a good stay at the "Poor Quality Inn".
It was very bad conditions. It was a smoking room when we reserved a non smoking room. It smelled very bad in our room..worse than any I have ever stayed at. The floor had crackers on it from the person before us. The upholstered chairs were so stained we did not want to sit on them. The elevator area was crowded with boxes and equipment. We got in late so we could not leave and find a better place.
My wife and I stayed one night and the only complaint we have is that the room heating/cooling system was not very good. We were either too hot or too cold. The room itself was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The front office staff was friendly.
Hotel staff was Excellent and willing to help with any issues. Hotel was being renovated and many items were in bad shape, i.e., computer door locks would not hold program for room keys. Rooms were clean and in great condition. One block from I380 perfect access to shopping food, fuel, restaurants.
Overall experience was good. Room was average, had a problem with heater kicking on and off every three minutes. Breakfast could of had more of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Could hear noise upstairs and outside throughout night. T.v. screen broken. Clean, but needed some updating. Tiny bathroom. Nice to have extras like minifridge and microwave. Good for a place to stay but that's about it. STaff were fine.
The room that I selected for the best rate was a handicapped room. It was quiet and fairly clean. The bed was comfortable. The room rate was under $80/N so I have no complaint there. The hotel is well located. There are many other hotels around it. Convenient for travel. The bed side light was burnt out (not checked by room attendant) for the week. My room key card had to be reswiped at the desk for two days. The breakfasts were OK but the toaster burnt toast on a setting of 1 1/2. I had a nonsmoking room but people smoked at a waiting area outside and the smoke got pulled in through the wall air conditioner.
