The staff was very accommodating to any requests.
Front desk workers in the evening and afternoon were rude and Seemingly miserable in their job. No towels in room and housekeeping said they didn’t have any to give. No chair at the desk in the room so good luck getting work done. Breakfast attendant was very nice and so was the morning front desk worker at check out.
Staff was pleasant and helpful, room was clean and managed well during our stay, continental breakfast was ready except for pan cake or waffle setup was not availabe

I was impressed with this Holiday Inn Express. Very clean and friendly. Quiet at night. Close to my class. I would stay here again!!
Clean room. Contained everything I needed. I especially appreciated the light switch next to the bed. Perfect! For me, this was the most convenient location. I was very pleased.
The beds were so comfortable! You can walk to several resturants and shopping in the area. The staff was really nice.

The staff was very attentive. The hotel had booked a team of cheerleaders, which under normal circumstances, would have been a nightmare. However, the staff made sure that my granddaughter and I were in a room that was not close to the cheerleaders. We greatly appreciate that. The only problem we had during our stay was about 20 young children all came into the pool area, accompanied by parents or guardians. The children were allowed to be super noisy. We had to leave immediately. This was not the fault of the hotel, however. This was just our bad luck. I do want to compliment the hotel on a super complimentary breakfast. The staff constantly kept the area clean, and also the variety of breakfast food was great!
It was pretty good. It would have been flawless if there was a staff at the desk right when I walked in. Other than that, the hotel was pretty good. Also, the location wasn't just recognizable.
The hotel staff was wonderful. Very polite, and willing to see to our needs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was in tip top shape. I only had 2 issues with the hotel. The indoor pool was VERY COLD, and the hot tub was NOT SO HOT. Otherwise my family and I had a wonderful time. We will stay there again, the next time we are in the area.
