This place was nearly the lowest price in town. Not fancy but Very nice, clean and well maintained. Location is great, just of the freeway. Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to Vegas. Breakfast was great (and free).

The hotel was fine. The breakfast was gross. We would stay again but go to a restaurant instead of eating their breakfast.

not bad for a one or two nite stay while you are on business. live enough to return for the same purpose---business

Would have gotten a solid 4-stars, but the toilet wasn't clean. Other than that, no complaints. The breakfast was yummy. Good value for the price.

Just needed an overnight room while traveling this room exceeded our expectations.

Must it was actually very good I have a nice view from the room was very comfortable The only real problem that I have was at the drains in the bathrooms or very very slow it seems like they need to have them cleaned out very good but overall it was A good hotel people at the front desk was very friendly and nice I would stay there again

The room hasn't been clean when they gave it to us. So they gave us another one, which air vent in the bathroom didn't work, then there was a water leak on the ceiling from the room upstairs.

Very good value. Clean, comfortable with good continental breakfast.

Bathroom very small had to get in to shut door.Light outside lite up room

This motel was taken over by Ramada Inn from Crystal Inns, a local Utah chain, but was not upgraded or even kept up to an acceptable level. The phones still said Crystal Inn. The place was very poorly maintained. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I don't understand what happened here! Has Ramada Inn dropped their standards to a new low? The sprinklers came on and there was a 20 foot fountain of water in the parking lot from a broken head. The girl at the front desk said yes, they had been trying to get that fixed. The building had keyed security locks none of which worked. The room smelled bad! They had slapped new room numbers on the doors, half of which were put on sideways. It was a joke. We would have been better off at the Motel 6 accross the street!

Extremely rude desk clerk, room assigned was not made up, broken tv

Better than the Quality Inn we stayed at once before. Next time will stay in higher price range hotel. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon and sausage in addition to pastries bagels cereals, yogurt, milk juice etc. Nice large breakfast room that was clean and well organized. We checked out around 6am and the breakfast was ready for us, so that was good. Our room was on the very end of a wing with nobody else parked near us. The hallways needed to be vacuumed and there was a vacuum sitting in the hallway, but it didn't happen in the two days/nights we were there. There was something gross (dried out food or vomit???) splattered all over the wall right next to our door, looks like it's been there for awhile. Yuck! Bedding was clean and beds were decently comfortable. Bathroom had little black hairs around in various places. I wondered if someone had a pet in there. Anyway, I was disappointed with the cleanliness level. The stay was ok, but I won't recommend to others and will stay somewhere in the higher price range next time we go to Cedar City. Shakespeare Festival was great. We saw Henry V and The Three Musketeers. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls, 15 min. south of Cedar. Small slot canyon, stream crossings, rock scrambling, several waterfalls. You will get wet. We did 7 mi. round trip, only 700 ft. elevation gain, very gradual incline. After a mile or so of hot dirt road/trail the stream keeps you cool/cold even in July and Aug.

The rooms were better than expected for the price.

This place is in the process of new ownership, and has a long way to go in the way of renovation. You're better off at a motel. Staff is friendly enough, but the facilities are in desperate need of repair. Room wasn't vaccumed, lights didn't work. We were given the ADA room, although none of us are disabled; ramp & sidewalk were broken heading to our door. Find another place.

Breakfast was great & gave us the much needed boost we needed for the day. Rooms are spacious. Staff could use a small dash of friendliness when dealing with customers.

we usually stay at Crystal Inn in the Salt Lake area. The hotels in northern Utah are very clean, fresh smelling, and updated. These rooms in Cedar city are old very musty smelling and our first crew did not have a working air conditioner. When I took a shower the next morning every time the people in the next room with fluster toilet it would burn me to the point that I would yell. Over all not to great. The staff was super nice and friendly.

The hotel was nice, close to freeway. Pool was relaxing and the breakfast was good.

The hotel lobby is pretty large and somewhat empty, the room was adequate and close to a lot of fast food restaurants. We liked the location and the concierge was helpful in directing us to the Market Grill, the best steak restaurant in town.

Great breakfast buffet, staff was excellent, laundry appreciated, room clean, bathroom dated

We usually stay here. It is convenient to the road , clean, nice restaurant.
