This hotel has gone down hill for several years now and has finally hit rock bottom. Dirty, Bed sheets were not changed when we checked in. Mold growing on bathroom celing. Carpet is filthy and stinks. Shady individuals hanging around the premises. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Waited over 45 minutes and left property. No staff available to check us in.

Aptly named Americas Best Value. We are staying in a total of 15 hotels. This one easily the best. Pool, spa, space, price. Best value. Breakfast all carbs but can definitely recommend ABV in Cedar City
You get what you pay for. Pro: easy to check in, nice staff, reasonable price. Con: Room smelled musty, tub didn’t drain, towels were not soft, pillows were lumpy, there was not a screen in the window, the TV remote didn’t work, the clock was one hour off, the freezer hadn’t been defrosted in years, the floor was dirty and had wooden shavings in random places, the sink had a badly repaired crack, the breakfast consisted of a waffle or toast with juice. No fruit or granola bars or danishes or even hot cocoa. Also, the waffle iron took 5 full minutes to cook each waffle. There were 7 of us so it took 35 minutes just to get our waffles. The walls were thin and we could here the neighbors.
Room smelt like mildew. Room looked very dated and used. I didnt even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed wondering if they actually changed the bedding. Ive been staying here for the past 12 years and its really going down hill. Next time I think I will find a different place to lodge when I visit Cedar City.
The breakfast was toast and waffles, a protein would be nice. Other than that, staff was friendly and room was clean. Good place for a stop over.
