Was very grateful to find an affordable hotel to compliment my theatre experience.

I really liked the girl who checked me in. I don't remember her name but she was a big help and really friendly.

The carpet in our m was filthy. We moved a small couch away from the wall to watch TV and the dust, paper, medication tablets and food was filthy. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel in any state or city I have stayed in.

The free breakfast was a joke. There were donuts, a loaf of bread to make toast and a waffle maker. No protein or fruit. My room had stained carpets and the mattress was sliding off the box springs.

I know our room wasn't vacuumed between the last guests and us, but I'm certain that it's been longer than that. There was a plastic fork on the floor under the desk, small papers all over the floor, and stuff on the bathroom floor. In addition to how dirty the room was, the tub had a patch in the bottom that looked horrible and the tub was stained. I should have taken photos, but I didn't.

the towels were duty and the pillow the hair on it

Friendly staff. Convenient food within walking distance.

I had rented three rooms and believe one of them had bed bugs. One of my employees has rash on his one arm consistent with bed bug bites. Never plan on staying here again.

Adequate hotel. We did not realize there was not an elevator. Luckily we had our son who carried our bags up and down the stairs. Small breakfast area.

Convenient location, not far from the Zion NP - 1.5 h drive. Room was adequate, but the breakfast was minimal. Thanks God for the Denny's 100 yards away. Nice outside pool.

Hotel made it easy to eat dinner and get to play in good time. I would have enjoyed a few healthy choices for breakfast.

This hotel is reasonably priced and in a great location for parents of SUU students.

Wow, great location for everything. Happy happy happy happy happy.

I arrived late and the staff made it easy for me to check in. The hotel is close to the highway and it mad it easy for a stop on my travels.

Acceptable comfort for overnight stays. Not handicap friendly unless worked out ahead of time. We were on second floor without an elevator and the front desk said they couldn't accommodate us on the first floor because they were full for the night even though we checked in close to 3pm and only three cars were in the parking lot. I have heart problems and my wife just had surgery for cancer and we drug our luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast is donuts, toast, juice, and coffee. Staff seemed friendly enough. No refridge or microwave was in our room and I had to keep my insulin on ice. Better for young and healthy people. Plenty of places were very close for meals.

The lobby stunk not shure why but we only paid $60. My kids loved the donuts. And pool

The hotel was close to the Shakespeare Festival and plenty of places to eat. They have a free continental breakfast of toast, donuts, juice and coffee, which, while not very special, is more than many hotels offer. I supplemented this small meal with something from the McDonald's just down the street.

Good hotel for the price, the room was clean and the location was good.
