We stayed here with our two kids of 10 in the bigger villa. Veronica at the reception is very helpful. The pool is better then on the pics but still a bit small. Nice coffee though! Airco and a lot of space around the house. Really good place, go there!

We have been here for one week in August. Very nice atmosphere, quite and relaxful. The village is very nice, it accepts dogs which is rare in Italy and being in the landscape this is very pleasant also for them. The apartment was nice, well furnished and accessorized with everything needed. I've seen a lot of reviews talking about the technology of the apartments, we found it very usual, air conditioning was there but not always easy to use but ok and hydromassage was there and very nice. There is bar but not a restaurant or supermarket which I would suggest to have in the village for the future. Bar is closed during lunch time which is a pity for whom is at the pool. Not clear the bio component of the place, apart from the location in the green. Green areas are dry and not very nice and no possibilities to fully exploit them. We see a lot of potential to be developed here, with some nice additional services this could become a real dream place in this area which is stunning: breakfast service upon request, magazines service, bio and food-discovery tours in the area, walking around tours, yoga in the morning.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and used it as a base to visit Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano. We had a 2 bed, 1 bed looks small. Cecina not up to much. Very comfortable, lots of space and a rather unusual, small pool. Veronica a great manager.

We stayed only 2 nights as a family of 4 and thought management of this bungalowpark was fantastic. Capable, friendly, knowledgeable and acutely aware of our needs. The bungalows are a tight fit but well fitted out with the most modern domotica. The pool is clean and a lovely for a quick dip to cool off. The beach is nearby but know what you get yourself into: Italian beach resort crowds with speedo-ed would be musclemen, packed beaches and the smell of ice-cream and suntan oil.

Very nice and well equiped bungalows, the surroundings are also nice and quiet. Bungalow for 2 persons had one extra bedroom, big kitchen with all equipment, rainshower and jacuzzi. However we werent fully satisfied, the bungalow was dusty and full of bugs (snales and spiders) and the bungalows garden was overgrown by weeds. The Wifi was only available outside, however for us it only worked at the reception.. The pool was a bit weird, designed as a pond but fresh water. Before you go do some grocery shopping, there is a lot of kitchen equipment availble to cook!

The staff is really nice and friendly. Apartments are are brand new and the equipment is satisfying. The kitchen was a bit small. If you don't like morning light don't come here as light in the morning goes into the rooms as the curtains are not "light proof". The jacuzzi is a bit of a waste as it is for 1 person only. The swimming pool "lagoon" idea is good, but it is a bit small for the number of apartments. For the rest it was very dry due to the 3 months drought and heat. Air conditioning was a blessing. We paid a last minute fare, full price I am not sure it's worth it. Good location to go to volterra/bolgheri/baratti/populonia
