Terrible service I booked my sister 2 nights due to last minutes reservation when she arrive hotel next day hotel front desk won't allow her check in the reservation they claim need vouchers to be able my sister to check in she needs to pay room tax they claim she will be refunded upon check when they receive payment thru orbits very upsetting very inconvenient especially my brother was in hospital

We had a king size (2 full size mattress joined together) bed. Not much parking space. I can hear the voices from the hallway while I was in the room.
