Currently in construction Feb2020- but only parts of it. Even with the noise, it’s still a wonderful place. Staff are really friendly, and the place is really clean which is amazing.

My only complaint is the road noise during the night. It sounded like we were camping next to the road. I'm sure the units farther from the road are much quieter and I will ask for one of those next time.

Awesome...! Very nice the place! Not too expensive. The food was very good.

Resort wants to be a 5-star, but at best it is a 3.5 - 4.0 star property. Awesome staff, which gets a 5 star rating!

The staff are very accomodating & nice. I rated this hotel poorly because it s very dated. We stayed in the Amuma spa room & clearly it smells like the plumbing stinks & ac not working. Didnt sleep at all & transferred to another room( my sister who also booked a room next to us). The staff are very apologetic though & gave us option to stay iin another room.

This is my first time to stay in a Cebu Resort - I had a wonderful experience. The staff are nice and courteous. The location is Great! The facility is very secure. Food are excellent and has a variety. I will definitely come back again.

Staff was great.location was very tropical.there was many things to do examples volleyball, ping pong , billiards all free.lots of stuff for young kids to do like games ,painting ,basketball, all with a nice staff member to assist all day long.restraunt was great can't say enough good things about the staff.food was great and inexpensive not like other resorts.would highly suggest staying here.

My wife & I checked in late at night on 29 April 2014 for a one-night stay. Requested for late check out but was disappointed that it was turned down. The room & bathroom we had was spacious and nice. What we don’t understand is the way to access to our room us through a path filled with all pebbles/rocks that makes it impossible for us to pull our luggage there even for the short, barely 50 metres distance except to depend on the hotel’s buggy. Why can’t you build some solid paths where our luggage can be pulled? The beach and pools were great and staff were generally friendly. A few hours after we checked out to another resort in Mactan, I suddenly remembered that I’d left something in our room fridge. I called your reception and was told by the lady that she will check and get back to me with the no I gave her. She never got back to me. The next morning I called again and was told by a different receptionist that she have no records of my call the day before. Again she took down my no with the promise to call me back. Again there was no call & after 2 frustrating hours, I called again & was told that there wasn’t anything found in the fridge. What we had lost was small and insignificant but I beg to ask: 1. Is it the Hotel’s policy to confiscate or dispose of anything that is left by your guests in the fridge after they checked out? 2. Why does it take as much as 3 calls to enquire about something in order to get the answer I needed? When your receptionists promised to call me back, why didn’t they do so? What we’d lost may have been small but your action or inaction have certainly tarnish the image of Bluewater Resort Cebu

great trip with terrific accomodations at Marco Polo, Crimson and Maribago resort and spa hotels

As soon as our taxi arrived, the staff treated us like King & Queen. Everyone was so very nice to us, I was very impressed. I was really concerned about the AirCon unit in our room. It was very quiet and didn't blow-out much air. My Bellman assured me to just give it about 10 minutes and the room will be very cool. We closed the doors to the bathroom and our front door, and sure enough in 10 minutes the room was ice cold as promised. We were in an Amuna Spa suite, it had a room safe, a large comfort room, the tub and shower seemed to be outside (But it is really inside) you will like it. The room service food is GREAT !!!! The dinner buffet with entertainment was GREAT !!! The pools are GREAT !!! The beach is very nice, however, due to the plant life growing underwater (seaweed) it is not a good place to swim. A man from the beach staff took us by boat out into the ocean about 50 yards for a nice swim. But the pools there are so nice, that I really didn't mind NOT swimming at the beach there. I give this place all high marks, it was just great.

My husband and I began our Philippine honeymoon at this hotel. It was the perfect place to unwind and get over jet lag. We did the malakas at maganda spa treatment which was incredibly relaxing and intimate. I highly recommend this resort for couples.

went on a tour of Cebu that was very interesting but maybe a little too long

The Bluewater resort was wonderful. My family wanted to rest by beautiful beach, do some snorkling, some shopping, and generally relax. Bluewater staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site resturants and food were great. After 5 days, we need some menu variety and visit a resturant off-site. I recommend Bluewater resort.

Great place to have fun

I'm not one to sit about at resorts, but I wanted a good place to return to at the end of a busy tourist-activity-filled day. This is the perfect place for that. It's scenic, restful, secure, and well managed. My room was well kept, the service is superb, and the food quality is wonderful. The grounds are also well kept. My invited quests for one evening were very impressed!
