Believe me, if you care about cleanliness, this is not the place to stay. I'd continue typing why but after a 17 hour drive i don't feel like it

Honestly, I try not to be a picky customer. But this place is awful. I tried to complain but there was no one to complain too. Our room was dirty. There was old trash and food under our beds, a diaper behind our TV (not used). There was a dead cricket in our bathroom and spiders in the ceiling corners. I just glad we didn't find a condom . The overall place is old, dingy, wet, and gross. It sorely needs overall maintenance, updating and a through cleaning. Housekeepers are practically non existent and no one clean our room in-between nights. We stayed two night and we felt like we were roughing it. We were in the area to visit mammoth caves and do activites but I would never come back to this location. I guess you get what you pay for. It is sad because we usually have good luck with quality inns but this is the worst one ever. The continental breakfast is pitiful. No protein options. There was only cereal, coffee, bagels, rolls, and fruit. No hot foods. The in-room fridge barely worked and couldn't freeze our ice packs. Thank goodness there was an ice machine. I am glad we brought our own towels because the towels provided were town, old and stained. The bathroom is crusty and I wouldnt recommend sitting in the bathtub but there was hot water for showers. Spend the money and get a nicer hotel.
