You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that spans 55 square meters on the ground floor, with a south-facing position. The apartment was renovated in 2023 and features comfortable and modern furnishings. The living room includes a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one bedroom with a dressing room that houses a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the terrace as well.

The kitchen-living room area is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Dolce Gusto capsules for the coffee machine. The apartment also has a shower and a separate toilet. It is fitted with electric heating, air conditioning, and a boiler (250 liters). Outside, you'll find a 25 square meter south-facing terrace with a large garden, terrace furniture, and 4 deck chairs, offering a beautiful view of the garden.
