I WISH YOU HAD SOMEONE THAT WOULD HAVE TAKE PEOPLE TO THE BOK WHEN THERE IS A CONCERT IN TOWN AND NOT JUST FOR PEOPLE THAT WERE HIGH CARD HOLDER . I DIDNT KNOW THAT IT WAS 21 OR OLDER TO GAMBLE . I WISH CHECK IN WAS A LITTLE EARLY SO YOU COULD ENJOY THE HOTAL POOL MORE AND THE CASINO .

No complaints. Hotel clean and safe. Great staff!

Hotel and Staff were great. Food Restaurant Especially 66 Café were good.

When we first checked in the hotel staff asked if we wanted access to the hotel room's mini bar and we said yes, they ran a $50 fee on my card, which any amount not used would be refunded. We got up to the our room and there was no mini bar. We called down to the front desk and they offered to move us into another room and we excepted. Upon check out we discovered we were billed for a bottle of wine that we did not consume. See, the mini bar is set up on sensors and if an item is removed for a certain amount of time the room gets billed. I had removed the bottle of wine to check it out and read the label and then returned it, but must have had it out too long. When we brought this to the front desk's attention they said they could have someone go up to the room and take inventory, however, it could take up to a couple of hours. We did not have a couple of hours to sit around and wait, so we ate the $10 fee and left. Very disappointed in how the staff handled the situation.

Had a great time! Once checked in your room it would be nice to not be bothered by the staff.

No cups for am coffee, room phone didn't work. Also. football channel was on Spanish. But, we had a great time. The slots were kind to us and Route 66 diner was very cool, great food & service.

We have stayed here a couple of times. We love how big and clean the rooms are. We never have to wait when we check in and out and everyone is very friendly. We like the Cherokee Tower because it's closer to the casino floor and registration desk. Always have a nice experience here.

Website advertised it as a $600 suite and it was a regular hotel room. Orbitz showed it was the last room left but had the same deal when I logged back in later.

Convenient that everything is there. Should put in a small laundry room.

We only got to stay one night, but it was a lot of fun. The rooms are great, and the staff are super nice. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Our only disappointment was with early checking. We arrived around 9am and inquired about early checkin and were told to check back around noon. We checked back at noon and were told to check back at 2pm. We checked back at 2pm and were told to check back at 4:30, the actual checkin time. Checked back at 5 to be sure and the room still was not ready. This is unacceptable. Sure hope the powers that be see this feedback. We plan on going every 2-3 months but if is doesn't improve we may look for alternative accommodations.

Decided to spend a random night here and check out the casino. Large property with a sprawling casino area located in Tulsa's eastern edge. Plenty of Hard Rock kitch to so see but the property is not as opulent as some of the other Hard Rock casino properties we have visited.

Room was very uncomfortable. Beds are hard, pillows are hard, AC wouldn't keep the room cold.Nicely decorated, but they should have used the money to buy a better matress and pillow.

Ac system loud. Made it hard to sleep. Casino and restaurants very cold. Slots are so tight they are very unenjoyable. Do not let you go into the bonus games to make it fun. After long day of work the best part was the riff bar band. Probably wont gamble there again.

The hotel was supposed to be smoke free and the smell of the smoke was worse in the hotel than the casino! The room was clean, but the hotel staff came into the room while my wife was in the shower at 9:45am, we had not checked out at the time. The room was extremely hot even though the air conditioner was set at 68, I had to have the hotel staff bring in a fan to get comfortable. I will not be staying at the hotel again, I will spend less money at the holiday inn across the street and get a free breakfast!

Surprised my husband for his birthday. We had fun. Hard to find where to park and we ended up walking across the whole building looking for hotel check in. Signage outside could be better.

A little confusing on finding our way around, but after getting accustomed to the lobby, we were good to go

The room was not clean had water bottle's in it the bathroom had some kind of white stuff all over it just not a good stay

Please call us if you need to adjust your arrival time and we are happy to make accommodations. However, if you are planning on an early arrival while we will do our best to accommodate our guests we ask that you please understand that your room may not yet be ready. We want to make sure our guests have experience possible when checking into their room. Yes, our guests must be 21 or over to be on the gaming floor, and at this time we do not offer a shuttle to and from the BOK Center. We do appreciate your feedback very much.

great get-a-way
