We had two rooms (visiting together with our teenager granddaughters). Excellent hotel - with big rooms. Our rooms faced the open-air pool (piscine) with wonderful views. Unfortunately, we got rooms without balcony. otherwise we were very pleased by our stay. The personnel is friendly and helpful (Daniel at the reception and Ricardo - were especially nice) like most of the people in Sicilia, working at a bit lower "clock rate" than people from the northern part of Italy. The spa was excellent. Coming from the North is hard to reach by the GPS as there is no number indicated on the Via Nazionale. at the hotel the back-entrance is at via Domenico Tempio 5 - Aci Castello.
