The room was a nice size and it was located close to the freeway. I was a little bummed that the pool was closed.

I hope nothing ever changes, from the delicious breakfast to the yummy cookies. The staff are always professional and kind. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and comfy. I always stay there and always will.
This hotel feels like home, truly. The staff are genuine and professional. The breakfast is delicious with everything you can imagine. Every afternoon, they have free, freshly baked cookies and there’s always a big bowl of apples at the desk. The beds are dreamy! Overall, this is how a hotel should be. I never stay anywhere else and I visit family here 2-3x a year.

Comfort Inn in Castro Valley, California has special ways to welcome guests. My favorte is their popcorn machine located near the front door. The staff always keeps fresh popcorn (just popped) on hand and it oh....so Good!
Had a great experience was everybody and welcoming
The price for the hotel was better than most in the area and the breakfast was pretty good. This hotel was more of a stepping stone to Yosemite for us.
Very clean and friendly facility. Very good breakfast selection. Vegetarian patties was a pleasant surprise with my eggs. Very tasty. Affordable for the comfort and hospitality recieved

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Hospitality was nice and I like that housekeeping came in everyday to give us fresh towels and clean up.
I had a lot of business to conduct and I couldn't do any of it in my room because my room was a Wi-Fi and Phone Dead Zone. I spent most of my time out in the lobby which was not convenient at all. I would not recommend for the business traveler.
This was the 2nd time I've stayed here and I enjoyed it even more. The staff is outstanding and make sure I have everything I could possibly need.
