Arranged over the ground floor and basement of a newly built villa, the property enjoys a shared garden and a private terrace where guests can relax peacefully and enjoy alfresco mealtimes or an evening aperitif.

The modern, air-conditioned interior is framed by expansive glass doors that flood the main living space with natural light. This open-plan area leads out to the terrace and is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a flatscreen TV and a dining table. A small breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen. which is fitted with: a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

The property is nestled in the countryside between the small coastal hamlet of Marina di Felloniche (a 7-minute drive) and the historic town of Castrignano del Capo (an 8-minute drive).

The surrounding coastline is known for its wide, sandy beaches, which slope gently into the Sea, making them ideal for children and older visitors. For sun worshippers, the closest beach is Baia di Ciardo (an 8-minute drive) and the beautiful Spiaggia di Pescoluse – also known as the Maldives of Salento is just a 15-minute drive.

Visitors can also reach the pretty town of Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern tip of the Salento peninsula, within a 10-minute drive. This town is known for its lovely seafront villas and the 18th-century church of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, at the very tip of Italy’s heel is a 12-minute drive away.
