I was happy about an early checkin but the clerk ran my credit card around 10 times saying it’s not going through. I gave another card same thing. I said it’s your machine. She insisted it’s not her machine. Finally I gave my debit card which I did not want to use and I told her that. After a very tiresome ordeal, she figured out that the problem was her computer was not set up properly to forward payment to my booking agent If she had called someone to help her initially I could have been spared this unpleasant and very uncomfortable experience. In the end, she DID charge my debit card. The height of incompetence and zero compassion. She acted like it was my fault.

Great location and nice building and rooms, but poor service and communication. I have stayed in many hotels during the COVID-19 pandemic, so I know not to expect everything to be normal during my hotel stay. Even so, my family and I were surprised to see The pool closed with no explanation or apology. Trying to call the hotel and to speak with someone was a nightmare. The staff were not trained and did not speak English well. Getting clean linens and our garbage emptied on our second day was also a nightmare. I literally had to follow an employees aroundTo various supply closets to get supplies, even though there was a maids cleaning car just outside my room. Nothing made much sense.
Everything was perfect. Rooms were nice and clean and customer service was great.

The property is very well located and the interior public areas are very nice for eating and gathering with people. The amenities were minimal. The top bed linens gave me the impression that someone was using the room before I got there.
The site was kept very clean. The staff were all super friendly. The location is great. Everything you might need is easily accessible. The only thing I would suggest would be to offer a fridge or microwave in the room.
