Totally walkable to the Cathedral/center of historic district. Clean, elegant, comfortable, friendly, safe, great views, near 'happening' nightlife but on a quiet side street, very comfortable king size bed, friendly staff at the roof-top restaurant; all around great stay

It was just ok. Personnel at the front desk very preoccupied by who knows what? Seemed disengaged and uninterested in those of us standing at the front desk waiting for help. Don't book room 118. Elevator noise and assorted banging all night. Facility looked promising. Nice front lobby. Classic lines. Bed was comfortable. Price was right. Ok value
The hotel needed single rooms, so they asked if they could combine our family in a beautiful two bedroom suite. Gorgeous
This is a beautiful old hotel in a great location. It is close to the cathedral. The only downside was we needed to buy Internet service for some business but it didn't work in our room so we had to sit int he lobby or "business center". Other than that, great hotel.
Having lived abroad many years our Spanish is fluent and we used it at hotel - so we do not know how they are at dealing with non-Spanish speakers, but they could not have been nicer, nor more helpful than they were with us. EASY walking from hotel to many sites, plazas, shopping areas, museums, tapas cafes, & restaurants; excellent Flamenco at Tapao Arenal nearby. Hop on-off bus tour nearby very good. Roof top restaurant at hotel EXCELLENT, but go up and RESERVE a great table a day early. SEVILLE (and nearby Granada) are wonderful destinations - this was third time.
