Beautiful and modern villa with private pool with hydro-massage corner nestled near the coastal town of Menfi in western Sicily. INTERIOR:
This single-level villa offers a spacious and inviting interior layout. The ground floor opens into a large, airy living room featuring comfortable seating, a stylish dining area, and a well equipped kitchen. The natural light floods in through the sliding glass doors, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The villa boasts three beautiful double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate guest bathroom. One extra bed for a 9th guest, can be added on request in one of the bedrooms.

A separate annex provides an additional living area with a cosy small kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

OUTDOORS:
Step outside to enjoy the terrace, the perfect spot for dining al fresco or relaxing in the fresh air. The villa is centred around a sparkling private swimming pool (4x12.50m – depth 1.40m, open from 01/03 to 30/11, depuration: salt) with a hydro-massage corner, where you can soak in the views of the surrounding olive groves and vineyards. The solarium offers sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, while the lush garden creates a peaceful environment, ideal for unwinding in complete privacy.
