rserve the king room that gave us a queen, says it was updated, is it was it was from the second hand store. The bed has post sticking up 6 feet on each Corner which conveniently fit right in front of the TV if you turn the TV to face the bed, of course to turn the TV you have to turn the entire piece of furniture because the TV is glued down to the armoire facing the wall next to the bed. Was not told about any amenities to the room such as pool, breakfast, Et cetera. Terrible staff, clean but terrible room and your room type reservation makes no difference in where they put you.

Nice friendly staff, ac condition not great even after moving to different room never seemed to really cool down

When we arrived after 7 PM our room was not ready! As well as at least 7 other groups. The lady at reception was not the friendliest but did her best. After about 1.5 hours she found an upgraded room, although we had to go get the sheets for the pullout bed and set it ourselves. Breakfast was only until 9 AM, on a Saturday!!! Finally, they wouldn't give us a check out receipt! Not nice. Definitely not ready for a Convention Center!!!

Terrible experience, both rooms they gave me had no ac. Had to sleep with window open and trains and activity in the parking lot kept me up entire night.

This is an old hotel somewhat renovated. The bed we had was great but I would say they need to clean carpets in the rooms and hallway badly. They could be replaced. They had to switch rooms with us because someone else was in our room already. That was good because people had been smoking in the first rooms. They gave us a free continental breakfast because we switched. The café looked really nice.

I booked this last minute so I could stay over in Casper before an early morning flight. The room was quite comfortable - the bed and pillows were great - and there was a fridge and microwave. The staff were all very accommodating, too.

I don't want to type any characters if I wanted to I would puss off with the stupid surveys. The truth is the hotel is old and slightly run down and our room smelled like an old woman's pantys

In addition to partially cleaned room, the air conditioner wasn't working in our room. We immediately left for another hotel.

Terrible night sleep! Very noisy and hot. Paid for the Executive King room which had supposedly been updated, but they just put some lipstick on a pig.

This hotel was exactly what I expected. I got what I paid for. It is nothing fancy and needs some remodeling, but the room was clean, spacious, and fine for what we needed.

We choice the parkway because it was one of the only hotels in Casper in which you can walk to a few bars and places to eat. There is also a bar In the hotel which was nice. On the downside the hotel is really outdated. You can tell it was built over 30 years ago and has never been updated. The worst thing was probably the bed. It was an old spring mattress and you could feel how hard it was through the sheets. The pillows were also lumpy. The carpet was vacuumed clean but you could see years of stains. The hallway leading to our room smelt like 30 year old stale tobacco. Overall this was a fine place to stop over for the night but not a luxurious stay by any means.

Well used hotel / convention center but not well maintained. A/C did not work. Maintenance guy said he fixed it but we had to leave the window open and the hall door propped open to cool the room. We were fortunate to have a cool night. Worn through furniture. Carpet taped together. Wireless too far from room!

The staff was very helpful. The rooms, however, are in need of updating. Great value.

Hotel was an older property. Rooms was large with comfortable bed and expected amenities. The staff was great and offered to take me to the rodeo. They followed through, drove me to the rodeo and picked me up afterwards.

Very pleased with the room - great comfy king sized bed, fridge, microwave, sitting area, coffee pot and sink outside and inside the bathroom. Price very reasonable too.

Easy to get to the motel, attached restaurant. Wish we would have had the time to play miniature golf.

The hotel looks like it is something straight out of the 1960's. I can imagine that when the hotel was built it was very nice and clean, probably was a 3-4 star in its time. Now the place seems a little run down and could use a little updating. The TV's are small and are the old box style. I decided to read a book instead of watching the small poor picture TV that was available. I could hear the train start and stop several times in the evening and morning so there is no sleeping in unless you are a heavy sleeper. I do not plan to stay at this hotel in the future.

This is a very nice hotel. The room we were in had all of the amenities that anyone would want. It was to bad that we just mainly slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival we asked if internet was available in our room, they moved us to an older section of the hotel for internet which didnt work well anyway. We ate at the hotel restaurant which had good food and decent service. Overall its an ok basic place to sleep.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My room had a refrigerator, microwave and a decent coffee maker! The wi-fi service was good, and the hotel cafe was excellent! The hotel is also real close to downtown...all in all, a pretty decent place to spend a night or two.
