Hotel staff was friendly, however spa was not working and staff reported it hadn't worked for a long time.

My stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. My problem came in billing. I booked through Obitz so my debit card wouldn't be charged up front because I was going to pay cash at the hotel. I checked in, paid cash for my full 2 night stay and got a receipt. I few days later, a charge for $78.48 by La Quinta showed up on my debit card. I had to be back in town the next day or two so I went in & talked to them. They refunded the charges. I thought that was that. But a few days later a hold for $78.48 from La Quinta showed up on my account. It took 2 times going into the hotel in person, a call to them, a call to my bank, & 3 weeks to get the funds released.

This hotel is very old and not very good upkeep.t he stairs had screws sticking out that caught your shoes. The sheets did not fit the bed. The American flag that was flying was all frayed.

The staff was very nice and attentive, the restaurant next door was great.

Not one of the most spacious or well appointed La Quintas we've stayed in, but alright. Great pet policies. Would stay again. Very near the great National Historic Trails Interpretive Center that is a must see up on top of bluff overlooking Casper.

Very satisfied. Staff was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. The location was very convenient. The pool was nice and laundry facility was clean. Would stay again at this hotel.

Clean and close to interstate and downtown. Quiet. Breakfast was ok. I'm not a pancake or waffle fan.

Room was not clean door was off of closet toe nail clippings on floor it was clear that the room had not been cleaned mentioned this to the desk and was told they don't know about this unless someone tells them. Used to like staying at La Quinta. Will not be staying there anymore.

Second night of a three day trip and it was a good enough Interstate hotel. Not the greatest, but certainly nice enough, with good access to the Interstate. As your average overnight stop, there's nothing to say particularly good or bad, basically in the middle of ratings. It appears this is an older hotel that's been updated at some point. Our room was clean, everything worked, and had good Wi-Fi coverage. If the timing of my next trip requires a stop in Casper, I'd consider staying here again.

Disappointment was my companion - when we arrived I expected The usual amenities at LaQuinta. We found out after checking in that the television didn't work - at all. I asked the manager what the deal was – she said the server was down – so it wasn't just my room. So we did without during our stay. There was a bumping sound that happened several times during the night – we never figured out what that was.

Very nice stay! Slept very well. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Average rooms. Heater didn't work had to change rooms after unpacking. Customer service has room to improve. Overall okay.

This hotel is good for a nice night's sleep when passing through town. It was very close to the highway which made it easy to find at night. We missed the breakfast, but that area looked clean and well lit.

I was disappointed with is motel. The water Pressure was terrible and in need of new faucets in the sink and shower. The room was advertised as pillow top mattress which was not . Also at 8:00 am the maids were knocking on the door to clean room. We did not leave a wake up call for this time.

a bit pricy but worth it,. loved the hot-tub and the Y-FI

It was ok. Son had fun in the swimming pool. Bed was small and not very comfortable.

Hotel needs updating. Carpet in rooms were worn and dirty. Beds were comfortable.

we stayed and the room is clean and comfortable. It is decent priced and on an easy route to get ack on the Hwy double spacing is also offered in the back, internet reception was good and the breakfast was above average. The standard basic maintenance was lacking a little the shower head was clogged and not at full capacity and the bathroom fan did not let the moisture out. Coffee pots need replaced and they did not have enough coffee for 2 guests. However the complementary breakfast provided coffee downstairs. They have a working hot tub and pool both were nice and made up for any small inconveniences. Thank you

the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice and we felt safe.

I work for a large hospitality company is Western Wyoming (300 + rooms). During our recent stay at La Quinta Inn in Casper, WY we noticed a few discrepancies. First, the heater did not work properly. Either it was on full blast or not at all. Second, we opted out of the changing of the sheets but we did not realize that meant not cleaning our room....at all. They did give us clean towels but that was it. Garbage was not emptied, carpet was not vacuumed....and so on. We primarily booked this hotel due to the fact that it had an indoor pool and wanted to spend some time in it with our 6 month old son. What we did not know is that the pool temperature was that similar of a Glacial Lake in March.....it was freezing. We tried to swim in it but our son started screaming as soon as hit foot touched the water. If you book a hotel in the middle of January, you expect the pool temp to be around 80 degrees, not 32 degrees.
