+ Very good hotel, friendly service, excellent restaurants on site, wonderful location on the seashore (although a bit far from Al Jadida); - plumbing and bathroom finishing in some rooms may be a bit old and needs maintenance.

Well what can I say about this beautiful hotel. I have visited Mazagan four times and each time we have been looked after. The rooms are fabulous...food delicious...and all the staff are there for your every need. A big thanks to Oasis and Beach BBQ the food was delicious. A special thanks to Chouaib who looked after us around the pool. Nothing was to much trouble and his friendly approach and warm smile was a pleasure. A very lazy indulgent holiday made special time after time.

My husband and I visit this resort twice a year now from the U.K. and it is absolutely beautiful and the staff are superb. Special mention goes to Fouad and Jaouad on reception and Aicha our housekeeper. Every day she created a new sculpture from the towels and left them on our bed. Both of the beachside restaurants are absolutely great our favorite places to eat at the resort , freshly cooked fresh lobster , glass of wine , beautiful sunset what more could you ask for. The pool is magnificent and the gym facilities are the best . We have visited the resort 6 times over 4 years. Like any resort to get the best out of it if you visit more than once as you learn something new every trip. If you're into golf again absolutely fabulous. Thank you Mazagan :))) see you in June 2018...Julia and Gordon Clyne. we've already booked.

In addition to a vast territory and stylish interiors, the most revealing thing is the quality of service I had a special situation as I came across (while jogging) a dying seagull in the beach. As much as I am a practical person, I was not able to pass it by and had to take it to the hotel. The reception and concierge services helped me to store the seagull for the night and find the animal doctor, who took care of seagull and adopted her (hope she survives). In this rescue operation I wanted to thank whole reception and concierge teams, but especially Rashid who helped us to call all the El Jadida animal doctors and Fouad for arranging the animal doctor visit to Mazagan. Thank you, guys Now I am subjected, so dont take my review objectively, but its a great resort indeed.

An all around type of place. Hard not to fall in love with it. From service to facilities, top notch. A very classy environment. A place to relax, but also to remain active. The views and the food are just too magical to describe. Can not wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we got the Mazagan suite overlooking the ocean. During the booking process mu husband insisted on the fact that this was a celebratory occasion and to our surprise when we got into the suite we noticed that no amenities were provided. We had 2 TVs in the suite neither of which was working. We called the reception to have a technician sent over and we called again 30 min later to cancel the request since nobody came. The suite itself was bland with no particular design reflecting the local culture and artisanship; certainly not up to what we have come to expect from 5 star hotels around the world. The highlight of our stay was the spa treatment that we received at Mazagan spa. Ibtissame and Chaimae were a godsend. We had a dinner at George (steakhouse) which was exquisite. Breakfast definitely lacked inspiration and freshness; donuts, croissants were soggy and had no crunch whatsoever. All in all, we were disappointed in the bang we got for our buck.

We stayed here for 4 days. Beautiful grounds, pool area, rooms and all other areas. Private beach. Friendly staff. Lots of activities available, some which are free. The only complain I have is food and drink was very expensive especially as a family. Will visit again if I have the opportunity

We visited with our two boys of 3 and 8. Spacious comfy rooms, excellent service/polite and wide variety of very good quality food, many activities for all the family, relaxing atmosphere and easy to move around, kids very happy with the kids club activities, Definitely recommended!!!!

Mazagan offers a perfect combination of 5 star luxury with a wonderfully beautiful, long and challenging golf course. The hotel offers everything you could wish for. We went all inclusive and enjoyed fabulous meals at the golf club restaurant and the buffet restaurant. We also tried the Moroccan and the Bistro restaurant where you can spend your inclusive allowance. Sadly we did not have time to try the Seafood restaurant. Our package included all our golf, so we managed to play 10 - 18hole rounds in the week we were there. Our only extra cost was rental of the buggies, which we needed to get two rounds per day in as the course is quite long. They have excellent trollies if you prefer to walk the course. Of the black tees the course is almost unplayable, but an excellent challenge of the gold tees and for ladies totally manageable of the jade tees. You do have to stay on the fairways as they are lined with ‘flowering cabbage’ that just gobbles up any balls that go astray. The greens are fantastic, very fast but true! If you love Golf - you will love a trip to Mazagan. All the staff were super friendly and with so many security staff on duty we felt ultra safe! A heated indoor pool for the cooler winter months would be fantastic and a sign for the lift to the 5th floor and the end of the 3rd floor corridor would ease a lot of frustration on arrival. We had a super spacious room with beautiful views down the coast with fantastic sunset views on the 5th floor.

The Mazagan is an amazing resort and customer service is of a very high standard. My concerns about food as I'm a gluten free lacto-vegetarian were very quickly forgotten. The chefs provided an exceptional service and made sure we had more than enough to eat. - Mohamad Angdi- Executive Chef - Adhana Mohamad - Outlet Chef - Achraf Sihri - Indian Chef - made me gluten free naan's - Achraf Jkouni - The Pastry chef made sure we had a gluten free deserts. The service at the spa was also great.
