Barcelo Casablanca Hotel

I came to Casa for business, first time in Morocco attending meetings. I arrived to my room, which was fine in size yet had some hair in the bathroom floor and no towels. I went out and came back home realized that there was a connecting door to the next room, whereby a family had checked in and i could hear them as if they were sitting in my room. The noise travelled so much, it was a disaster! I had early meetings next morning and had a bad night sleep. I went down in the morning spoke to reception, they said they would see what they could do. I then saw a gentlemen that seemed to know what he was doing in the lobby and told him my situation. I left to my meetings, came back, and was upgraded to a fantastic suite on the last floor of the hotel; great view, jacuzzi, natural light, etx... It definitely changed my experience from what had happened the first day. Many thanks to the GM. Otherwise, restaurant food is what it is for a hotel of this cathegory i guess; breakfast is not great but fine for a few days. I would only strongly recommend to have chilled on the buffet counter thins like milk, and other products that need to be chilled!

Being far from home is always difficult, but if you are in a place like the Barceló Hotel in Casablanca everything seems less hard. The rooms are just great (and don't get me started about the views that can be seen from the panoramic ones), the service is kind and always attentive. Food at the restaurant is perfect (that breakfast buffet) and to top all that if you get to know the Director you'll find out where everything comes from. If you ever have to go to Casablanca, DO NOT think twice, Barceló is your Hotel.

Unbelievable experience!!! Not only for the best bed I never test, the best (believe me) skyline of Casablanca or the unforgettable breakfast (British, Spanish, Asiatic and Arabic specialities) but mainly for the fantastic kind people who help you to feel like at home. Thanks the work of the Director of the hotel, one standard hotel has become at high level top class hotel. Thanks.

Excellent hotel with high quality of rooms, facilities but overall quality of service and availability of all the staff to make a pleasant stay, for both professional and personal trip. I am normally going to this hotel for business purpose and all the staff is ready to help for the business center, helping to find all kind of solutions. Some event are also organized such as company presentation, chamber of commerce

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. It was everything you want in a luxurious hotel: great service; quality food; attentive and friendly staff; and a touch of class.  The location is great for walking to places and is close to everything. Overall, it is a great place to stay and highly recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel called Hotel Barcelo in Anfa Place city center my wife and I - We were very well treated and the rooms were spacious with a touch of modernism to make our stay more enjoying. Staff and hospitality made our trip worth while. Limited services and amenities in the room - had to ask several times for toilet papers, shampoos and conditioners. WiFi was excellent and the hotel desk were always smiling and helpful. I recommend this hotel for few nights.

Just came back from this hotel We truly enjoyed it! Beautiful hotel! Renovated, new, pleasant fresh smell in the entrance. Most of the staff are gems! Only minor negative thing is the toilet paper, we had to ask on a daily basis for it as they only gave one roll or 1/2 a roll each day.... obviously not enough for 2 people. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Great location, great rooms, spacious, good staff and safe! We would go back again in a heart beat! I definitely recommend it!

This hotel is pretty standard, clean, comfortable, well located in downtown Casablanca and within walking distance of Rick's Cafe and the Art Deco and historic downtown districts. Having stayed in riads and kasbahs in other cities in Morocco, it is difficult to recommend regular hotels, but if you're going to choose mainstream lodging, this would probably be a good choice.

Just stayed one night, but the room was perfect and the staff was amazing. The restaurant was decent (service a bit slow). The location was nice and I felt very safe. The rooms were very clean. I would would have liked to stay a bit longer in this city.

Hotel is clean, has comfortable rooms, well equipped bathroom and a very good breakfast. For a one night stay it is ideal. THe personel in the restaurant is very slow, however the quality of the food is OK.
