MainStay Suites

The Hotel is situated to accommodate folks from out of town with tests/ procedures at the adjacent hospital. No elevator. I reserved and paid for a King bed (and larger room). There were none on the first floor when i arrived and I could not haul my stuff upstairs. I was provided a very small queen bed room. We had to climb over luggage to get to the bed it was so small. The mattress should have been disposed of years ago. The room was clean, but very well used. The staff was friendly.

Clean and comfortable. Surprised us! Would stay again.

We spent 3 nights at the Mainstay Suites Casa Grande. Our room was clean and comfortable and fit our needs. The area is a bit noisy at night. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. For the price it was a real deal. Don't plan on sleeping on the sofa sleeper as the mattress is archaic!

I've been in this hotel many times, and will surely stay there again. It's location, staff, and price are 5-stars

if you are looking for a place to stay in Casa Grande, this is the one you are looking for. This hotel is close to the freeway, plenty on parking, clean, quiet, great Wi-Fi signal, and entirely clean.

My stay was great! It was a little noisy as the rooms don't seem to offer much sound proofing. I would stay again and recommend to others. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I think the overall experience was good. Something was lacking but I`m not sure what. Everything was good and I really didn`t have any problems. So overall it passes as a place to stay.

We had three rooms there and we all had problems with bugs. Even i n the hallways there were some .bugs.

Seems to be a folksy place to stay - perhaps families of people getting care at the nearby hospital? Staff were local folks, friendly, but not a high-class level of service. Laundry facilities worked well, A/C worked, bed was comfortable, kitchenette with utensils was convenient. Breakfast was so-so coffee, yogurt, pastries.

First room smelled of cigarette 2 nd room heater very load!

Checked in late and checked out early but the room was very clean and comfortable. If I needed to stay in Casa Grande again, I'd for sure stay here again.

My stay here was nice. This was my second time staying here and it was just like the first, nice and comfortable. Near large mall, many restaurants and fast foods to eat at, Walmart down the road. 45min. - 1hour away Phoenix and many other shopping areas. Definitely will be staying here again on my next trip.

I stayed at Main Stay Suites in July 2012 to take a major board exam in the city. I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and amenities. Along with a comfortable quiet room; I also had FREE internet, an exercise room, a kitchen, and very courteous helpful staff. The continental breakfast did not have much to it. The location was easy to access but far enough from the highway to avoid road noise. I had recently stayed in a room that cost three times as much that was nowhere near as good, in fact the internet charges for three days at that place would have paid for my night here! Thank you very much!

We stayed only 1 night but it was nice to have a kitchen. We were on a road trip to Mexico and stayed at several hotels and this one was the one we liked the best. The towels were extra fluffy and plenty of bedding. The only thing wrong was, we went to get our breakfast and when we returned to our room the key card would not work. They came and opened our door but the battery in the card reader was dead. Still a great place to stay and a great price.

There is just not that many places to stay. Could be cleaner, staff is nice but need better training. Don't get too excited about the continental breakfast, just not much to choose from.Just a place to sleep and nothing else.

Mainly stayed as an overnight stop between San Jose & Big Bend National Park. All the standard amenities, no issues at all. Would stay again if in the area. Great price/value as well.

A disaster. The clerk was too busy flirting with some workers to check us in. When we finally got our keys they didn't work. We didnt get the king bed we had reserved. They had to give us a second room. The smoke detector was beeping, so we were given room number three. The key to room number three didnt work. The shower in room number four didnt work. The breadfast was a joke. There was almost no seating. Will never stay at a Mainstay again.

Friendly staff Quiet rooms

We visted relatives staying for a few winter months at Palm Creek RV & Gold Resort in Casa Grande. The hotel was right down the street and worked out perfectly. Very clean and neat. The exercise room was very nice.

After enduring a particularly uncomfortable airplane trip due to an unusually unstable storm, my arrival and check-in proved to be a true delight -- no hassle, little or no paperwork, and just minutes before I was sound asleep! Since my body was still on East Coast time, when I was wide awake at 0230 local time, I was actually able to get a cup of fresh coffee in the lobby -- and found an interesting night clerk to talk with, too.
