Quality Inn Oak Ridge

The hotel was adequate for one night's stay and in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable, and the room seemed clean. BUT the heat/AC unit in the room was incredibly noisy, cycling on and off all night with groans and whines as it wound up to speed each time. I will give kudos to the lady taking care of the breakfast area in the morning. We came down to eat near the end of their service time, and she made sure there was fresh juice for us. Breakfast choices were good, and (great surprise!) they had real half & half for the coffee and not just artificial creamer.

Frequently stay at this property and find it to be consistently good. Not luxurious but clean, well appointed and safe with a friendly and helpful staff.

All the hotels are bad this one is new but this picture is photo shopeed there s not a blade of grass within 1 mile all parking lot and smelly

They have bedbugs. They gave me a full refund and I am completely ok with that but they need to treat their problem!!!

Front desk, Nicole was awesome. Helped me solve an issue with my reservation late night with 3 kids. Very nice place an very clean

My stay was necessitated by a rowing event and this property was the most convenient to the venue on Melton Lake as well as to restaurants.

The heat didn't work in our room & we had to change rooms at 12:30 AM. We had a non-smoking room & the new room was a smoking room with a broken door lock. No discount, nothing. By this time the weather had turned and we needed AC which only would only come on if you kept turning it down. I've been staying here for years but now it's run down and they are not keeping up with the property.

It was a smoking hotel so our room really smelled. They were full so he couldn’t move us

I stay at Quality Inn Hotels when I travel, and have never experienced one this bad. I generally don't do reviews, but felt the need to express my displeasure. I let the desk know that the tub leaked, and was keeping me awake, but nothing was done about it. The room was dirty, and the bathroom smelled horribly. I guess when you're unhappy with something, everything about it starts to look bad, but this place was lousy. Stains on the bed and chair, dirty walls and door turned my stomach. I'm glad I didn't have my children with me, or I would have left and checked in some place else. The final straw was the watered down coffee they made for breakfast. The owner or Mgr., never reached out to me to offer a solution, but the counter help assured me he was made aware. I've been staying at Quality Inns for years. I travel at least once month, and will be staying elsewhere from now on.

Room was clean, can walk to many restaurants and businesses, very good value for the quality of the hotel, decent breakfast with hot items and fruit.

The hotel manager is on site almost day and night he coordinates w/the housekeeping staff everyday and ensures any items brought to his attention are cared for immediately. The nice size refrigerator was perfect to handle items we purchased and prepared for our family reunion.

This hotel is in a great spot - 2 miles from my son's house. Also ther is a Wendy's right out the back door. Also Applebys, Krystal, Long John Silver. Off to one side is a movie theater and JC Penneys. Out the back door is a Catholic church and 2 others. Out the other side is a shopping center with a grocery store, barber, massage, etc. You can walk everywhere. The room was very clean and comfortable, Four pillows and a nice mattress. The AC was very cold. THere is a coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, large LCD TV, microwave, fridge. Also soaps and shampoo and lotion. The pool is nice but small. Some lounge chairs and lots of towels. The deep end is only 5 feet so I liked that. THe shallow end is 3 feet. There is a lift for handicapped people to get in and out of the pool. There are vending and ice machines in the halls. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee, tea, juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, bagels, pastries. It startes at 6AM on Sunday and 5:30 weekdays. Staff were very friendly, everyone says "Hi". The lobby has a computer for free. I will stay here again.
