There Bed Was Too Hard Couldn't Sleep And There Was No Refrigerator And No Drawer And The Room Has No AC/Heater And When U Take A Shower And The Water Get Everywhere And U Have To Cleaning Up Before Our Kids Slip And Fall

This property is in a great area very central. The room was tiny like 10 by 8. Much much room to even get around the double bed. No dresser or fridge. Nice bathroom. It work we didn’t spend much time in the room or this would have been tight to hang out in.

Nice place for the price
The property was clean and in very good shape except that the bathroom sink was clogged and and also the bathtub the water did not drain facet pool and it will take a while for it to go down. I kept reporting it to the front desk but it seemed like they didn’t have anybody to come up and take care of the problem right away.
Terrific location just inside Chinatown but only about 2 blocks from Union Square. One block from a 5-star hotel that costs 5 times as much! Great option for the budget-minded traveler.

Staff was kind, but the hotel is not great. Hard beds, noisy, nothing in the way of basic amenities (fridge/cooler space, water, etc.)
