    Roach Infested, Rude Management, Incorrect Booking

    Room was covered in ROACHES and was overall falling apart. There were bugs previously left squished on the walls, ceilings, and bathrooms. The bathroom toilet didn’t even have a functioning handle. Didn’t even end up staying the full night. Management was rude and unaccommodating. I booked a king NON SMOKING ROOM online and upon arrival, “we don’t have a clean room ready. Only smoking. You ordered smoking.” I even showed the owners my ereciept. And I received outward refusal to fix it and didn’t even receive an apology. I ended up paying the same price for a deluxe room. Absolutely horrible. I didn’t expect much from a motel, but this was horrifying

    Rude front desk. The room smelled awful. Walls so thin I could hear other guests and did not sleep all night. I checked out after one night. The front desk refused to refund or even reduce any of what they charged me for the night I did not stay. I was told to ask expedia for a refund. I told the front desk I will call my bank and dispute the charges.

    I had a room with several bugs. It was very disappointing. I kept killing roaches all night and morning. I would request a refund due to the inconvenience. I had been traveling all week and selected this location but the bugs in the room was overwhelming.

    Day 1 only garbage pails were emptied. Bed was not made, coffee was not replaced. Everything else was not touched. Day 2 nothing was touched. No one ever entered the room. Worst experience ever!!!
