Nice room, had the king suite. Couch wasn't very comfortable to hang out on but all in all, nice place.

Fine hotel, trendy decor. Although there doesn’t appear to be a pet walking area and no doggy bags for trash cans for pet waste. There’s also a trash type smell in the hallway on the first floor. We’ve stayed there twice and the smell remains.

Check in was fine. But when we got to the room the toilet seat was broken, there was chipped paint all over the floor from the closet door peeling, and it looked like they hadn't finished cleaning as the bathroom floor was dirty, and the counter wasn't wiped off. We went straight back down to the lobby, and she gave us another room. This one was better, but still not 'clean'. By that I mean that the beds were fine, and it had been cleaned, but without care. There were chip crumbs in the corner, and the bathroom floor had been sloppily mopped. My overall conclusion was that the maid service had been in the room, but took little care to make it nice.

The remodel is very nice. Rooms are pretty and well equipped. The exterior security doors did not work, The room Microwave did not work, some of the trim looked awkwardly installed. The TV was not programed and there wasn't a guide . There wasn't an area guide as well. No security exit signage in the room or the traditional guide book. This is a dog friendly hotel and we had no provision for disposal or a designated area. No bags and not access to disposal containers, very odd. Breakfast was scant and not very good, some items cold, others not refilled, stale bread in some cases and very limited. The person in charge of replenishing and keeping area clean did not speak English.

Facilities were under construction & key card system was down, but otherwise, great experience. Staff were very helpful to bridge the gap in systems.

Surprised to find such nice accomodations at an affordable price! Great motel!!!!

Wonderful enjoyed my stay friendly environment would visit again soon.

had to make other arrangements for a ride to health center.

After several bad experiences in Atlanta area hotels we were pleased to find this hotel in a great location. The hotel was nice and our room was clean. Breakfast was a nice addition and was better than average, as hotel breakfasts go. The beds, however, were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. They are extremely hard. I would compare it to sleeping bags on the ground. At one point I seriously considered going to sleep in my vehicle. We will definitely choose this location for future stays, however it will not be this hotel.

I loved breakfast hours and actual breakfast. I had little issue with my room and they changed my room rught away. They're service was amazing.

On a road trip and stayed here one night. Easy on and off the highway a great selection of nearby restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom a little worn but clean. Staff was very nice.

Beds were uncomfortable, and always felt damp because of the horrible a/c. TV turned on, but no channels, and wouldn't even turn off. 1 rag, 6 towels, and half a roll of tp was all that was in the restroom. 2 lights didn't even have bulbs. Pool is so small you may as well be having a hot tub party if 3 people are in it. Walls are so thin you can hear people whispering in the next room. Long story short, I've had better stays at motel 6's and super 8's. Very unhappy.

This particular Wingate is in a strange place, behind a Costco and a bowling center with no sensible road access that I could find. Winding through neighborhood streets or taking a parking-lot labyrinth-like route seems to be the only way to get to it. Plus, their front parking lot is a cut-through to the shopping center (and the late-night bowling place) so there was a lot of noisy traffic. Room was fine, nothing exceptional about it. Clean and orderly with decent linens.

Clean hotel. Staff was hard to find at times and not very knowledgeable but friendly. Linens were basic but clean. Overall good value for the cost.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Atlanta for a wedding. The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the area around the hotel was convenient for dining out and entertainment.

This hotel is currently under remodeling in the common areas and it is needed. The carpet has bleach stains in the hallways, the elevator is very slow. The room has no glasses just Styrofoam cups. The rooms are ok enough, digital television but they only have analog broadcast. Other hotels in the area are nicer for around the same rates.

My experience was great no complaints! I was very comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left!!

This hotel seems like an older building that has been refurbished cosmetically. Housekeeping gets good marks for cleanliness. Towels are nothing special. King sized bed very comfy. The sofa is just for sitting, hard and uncomfortable. No real glassware in room. But with the rate turned out to be a great value.

Nothing outstanding or all that bad, but I did have a few annoyances. 1) there were buckets in the lobby and hallways to catch dripping water. Hmmm. 2) upon sitting at the desk chair, it slowly started to move down- the mechanism to adjust the height was broken so I ended up sitting very low. 3) my tv remote didn't work. I'm pretty laid back, so these were not huge deals nor did they bother me enough to report them, but did leave an impression...

Very nice hotel and staff. Breakfast was not bad at all. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I just stayed over for one night but if I had to stay longer I would. Great location as well.
