Owners were kind and attentive.

The property is run down and the rooms smell of smoke or bug bomb. Could not stay. We stayed some where else.

We had a small issue with the bill. They helped make sure everything was done in a professional manner. We recommend that anyone who is visiting would stay here

We were in Rome for medical appointments. We arrived about 1:30 pm thinking we could freshen up before our 1st appt. No check ins until 3 pm - no exceptions. Ok, rules are rules. They were able to give us a 1st floor room as we requested. After a rough 1st night health wise, we put the Do not disturb sign out so we could get some much needed rest. Before 10 am housekeeping knocked and woke us up. My husband went to the office and was assured that we had prepaid for 3 nights and she would reprogram our keys so we didn't have to come back to the desk. Day #2 with the Do not disturb sign still on our door, housekeeping knocked at 10am And told us it was time to "GET OUT!" (FYI....signage at hotel says 11 am checkout) we told him that we were staying 1 more night and he wanted to argue about it. After the morning doctors appointment we headed back to our room to rest. I had to wait out in the heat while my husband went to the office to have our keys reprogrammed. We stay in hotels 60 nights a year for our job. I have never been so disrespected in my life. We are not rowdy kids making a lot of noise. The room was clean but full of flies. My husband went and and bought us each a fly swatted. We wouldn't stay here again if you offered to pay us. We hope people in the future have better experiences y Than we did.

Excellent staff very helpful and friendly .They answered all my questions with a smile. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever.

Although the price was reasonable, it was disappointing that the toilet in one room was clogged and overflowed and that the bathtub in another room was clogged so one had to stand in ankle deep water when taking a shower.

Staff was outstanding and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable.

Good nights rest. Delious breakfast. Staff was very helpful and courtesy.

Rooms were very clean and presentable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Check in was easy, room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, would stay here again on next trip to Rome

My husband, myself,my 2 year old,my brother ,and his wife all stayed in a nonsmoking room with 2 double beds , a microfrdge, microwave and it even had a nice little sofa area with table and chairs. It was very clean and had no sort of problem with room or convenience to the town. The staff was friendly and a nice continental breakfast was available. We had cable and the pool was not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for your sleep being disturbed and for the flies in your room. We will work to fix the issues you experienced at our hotel and I assure you that this is not the customer service our guests receive. I would like to offer either a 20% discount on your next stay with us, or give you a bonus of 250 Best Western Rewards points. If you are not a member we would be happy to sign you and award you with those bonus points.
