Total Dump! Mold in the shower on the ceiling. Just gross. They know it needs to be torn down! Only thing left on orbitz in that area but there were other nicer places not on orbitz that had availability.

The hotel is in horrible shape - infact the lady who checked us in said they would be tearing it down in the next year or so - I wish I would have know that before I spent $174 to stay there. I will never book here again, the room was small, no air and when we asked about that they said open the window, so we did - except a unit of some sort ran all night long outside and we got no sleep because of the noise. Also, they slate their hotel as having a casino - yes, if you consider a very limited number of slots a casino. We were very disappointed as we also could not get food on site either. This location has really gone down hill and I do not recommend staying here ever.

The staff was friendly and the price was right. But, the place is a bit outdated. The floors were squeaky, the bathtub was squeaky, the bed was squeaky....the thermostat was ancient. But again, the price was right, there was hot water and it felt fairly safe. I would stay here again for just a place to lay my head after lots of hiking, not for much more comfort than that.

We enjoyed the casino and the northshore of tahoe.

Walking distance to casinos and entertainment. Outdated lodging. Heater was left off and room was cold upon check in. Furniture had cigarette burns.

Stayed one night and wouldn't be able to handle a minute more. The lobby reeked of cigarettes due to the casino. The room looked clean but the room was a continuous 80+ degrees. We opened the windows to get some sort of air but it provided no escape from the stuffy heat. Throughout the night there was also loud pipe banging every hour. No reasonable cause for the noise, but it prevented any sleep to be had. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

pillows were flat, bed lumpy, floors uneven, carpet stained. get what you paid for

Hotel is what you would expect--very run down. Staff are very nice. However, the window in my room was broken and would not shut in the winter. The hotel does not turn on the heating system and it is very old radiators. I had to put on three sweaters and put hand warmers in my socks to stay warm! Then after I called to ask that the heater be put on, it took until 2 am to heat the room and it was like a sauna to the point one could not stay in it. It would have been more comfortable to stay in a tent in a campground. Lost of plentiful economical places to stay around the lake that are decent. This is not one of them.

One word: Tired. Both the hotel and how it leaves its guests. Tough to get a good nights sleep when it is 85+ degrees in the room. Room was advertised as recently remodeled, but that was hardly the case. Won't be back anytime soon!

I would never book a room here again. The pictures online did not look like anything like it. I went to use the look and it was not in use there was no air condition in the room the bathroom was dirty

Very hard to sleep as too much heat in the room controlled by the hotel. It cannot be adjusted in the room.

For God's sake, DONT waste your money here! We will never go back.
