Simple, easy stay in a clean room
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The facility was clean, felt safe, room was quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast options were of good quality. My senior parent has walking troubles and unfortunately I hadn’t realized the room I reserved was on the 2nd floor and the hotel had no elevator. That was partly my mistake. Nonetheless I wish there had been a disclosure somewhere on the hotel amenities section that there is no elevator … just a feedback for the hotel staff to look into. The other minor issue was that in our room the bedside lamps were not working and the beds (although quite comfortable) were too tall for a short stature senior parent (with ankle trouble) and my toddler kids to climb onto. Even I had trouble sitting on the bed edge, as it was too high for me too and I kept sliding off. It made me wish for an alternate seating solution like a folding chair to be in the room since the two existing hotel chairs were already occupied by my family and I had to deal with the high bed. These weren’t deal breakers per se but inconveniences nonetheless. The several other positive experiences offset these discomforts, so we were ok.
Cons: Blanket & cover on bed too thin, not comfortable for sleeping; poor selection of TV channels.

Nice rooms with good amenities. After seeing the dilapidated exterior, entrance and halls the room was surprisingly refreshing.
The staff are very friendly, maid cleaner are super. All the personal working on the breakfast are fantastic
Trouble free stay. The room seemed to have new carpet and paint, so it was nice.
It was a older hotel, and had small frig that was good to keeping cold things cold when traveling. It was very easy to find and located. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. We had a small leak in the bathroom, I informed them and, the staff was very apologetic , and wanted to move us right away. We had 2 limp pillows, for 2 people The breakfast they served was wonderful. Couldn't ask for much morel
I reserved a room at Carson City NV super 8 motel for my niece. Unfortunately she wasn't able to come because it was flooding in WA so they cancelled the trip. I reserved and paid for the room through Orbitz. I have been trying to reach the manager, Misha, since Oct 16th. I've been told by ALL the staff She is the only one who can help me. I have called and left messages for Misha at least a dozen times. I would like a refund or be able to have a room at a later date. That seems fair to me.
I selected the wrong dates for stay and they charged me any ways never ever again will I use orbitz or any other hotel
Semi-renovated motel with nice room equipped with coffee maker, fridge & microwave. A good free continental breakfast is included plus coffee in the lobby. No HBO though on the smallish TV channel selection.
Room was clean. Location was great and staff was heloful . The biggest draw back was the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room.
Breakfast was just passable. Didn't like the cockroach crawling over my fruit, which I had brought with me.
We stayed overnight in the Hotel. It is small town and not much to do but the Lake is only 1/2 hour away. Hotel staff is friendly. A lot of choices in breakfast.
A solid two star rating. Good location, clean, good staff. But, no pool, and some painting taking place. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. A bit overpriced though.
I could not believe the amount of smoke and beer stink in this place! When we arrived the clerk was asleep on the floor on a mat behind the desk! Third world stuff. Then I had to wait to check in cuz a customer return ed to the counter to report their room was dirty yet and this was in the evening! This should have been my hint to run but we were tired. We went down the hall and it smelled so bad my stomach turned. We left early in the morning could not take it. Do Not Stay Here. Also grandson had asthma attack due to cigarette smoke. Horrible.
