It is a OK place nice people I will say that but it is old an needs to be updated for sure but for the price of a weekly I have to say that it's OK

Went to Nevada with my wife. Just for two days the location is great it's by a couple of restaurants . Kinda high price for the motel just for two days the beds are not comfy they are hard they need to get softer beds the TV can be bigger . But overall it's a good motel you get free breakfast in the morning.

Stayed here to do a athletic event. Worst night sleep ever. Lumpy dirty bed

I made my reservation 2 days in advance, however there was no record of my reservation in this Hotel when I got to the front desk After a lengthy costumer service call, record was faxed to hotel. Orbiz should discontinue booking service for this particular hotel. As an apology I got a very unprofessional "Sorry, Man". After a 6 hour evening Drive the least you want is something like this to happen.

This hotel is not maintained well. There are issues with basic amenities.

Simple but clean and very roomy for the price. TV had many cable channels. Only wish the TV was a newer flat screen.

Where to start? Wi-Fi didn't work, we. We walked into out room it had a musty smell and flies all around the room, the T.V. had no remote, duck tape over the smoke detectors, shower had no body wash, checking in the staff was friendly but the night manager was very rude and unprofessional. Again advice would be spend the couple extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

Room was okay, free breakfast was a joke, and my room was in wifi dead zone.

For the value, this was an excellent choice. Staff was friendly, and more than accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to make this a comfortable stay. Breakfast was basic, but more than expected based on the rate paid for the stay. Definitely will come back.

I attempted to book a non-smoking room but ended up in a SMOKING room that reeked of stale fumes. Carpet was a bit dirty, the commode was cracked. If you want to stay here, bring your own shampoo and soap! It is one-step above a FEMA relocation center.

When we first walked in the room, the musty smell was horrible. We had to go buy Fabreze to help. The outlets were in locations where there was no table or stands. We moved the table to put our laptops on. The Wi-Fi kept going out, as did the cable/satellite (not sure what it was). The beds were fairly comfortable. But the blankets that were on both beds had burn holes in them. There was no clock in the room at all. Other guests were loud and obnoxious until late in the night. The only good thing, was when booking the room, I asked for 2 queen beds. We were given 1 bed. The staff fixed the problem immediately. We did not access the continental breakfast.

The clerk was busy talikng to some on the phone abd had to wait to check in The room had a big kole in the wall. door handle in the bath was loose and you couldn;t shut the door, light bulb out over sink and rubber molding around entrannce was hanging loose. I would cass this as one step below motel 6. I guess you get what you pay for. Sam Riffel

The price was a little high for few amenities. Otherwise it was nice. Night staff gentleman was super nice and helpful, knows his job well. Breakfast was a great selection, real orange juice would have been better than juice that was given.

Americas Best Value Inn in Carson City was convenient to restaurants and our travel plans, but it appears to be patched together, waiting for the magic fairy to save it. There were holes in the blankets and small repairs waiting to be done. It has a bargain price, and is clean, but sure showed that someone is just holding on, waiting to sell or find the cash to do a major upgrade to the property.

Very pleasant staff. Clean rooms. very quite for a week-end stay.

two beds in my room, but you can not walk all the way around one bed. the free wireless internet was slow. the free continental breakfast was skimpy.

This sounded ok for my needs in the description. Just sleeping and showering. Unfortunately it seems to be a residential motel. A lot of "interesting" people hanging around, vehicles with flat tires sitting in the parking lot. The staff seemed nice but it is not what it is represented to be in the description.

You get what you pay for. It was a very good deal and I do not regret staying there...however, it is a little run down, and "dirty". Its all in how you look at it and your preference....

The best I can say is the the motel clerk was very friendly and helpful. This motel is not in a very nice part of Carson City. If you are a single man, just looking for a quick cheap place to stay for the night, this will work. However, if you are with your wife/GF and/or kids, spend a little more money and look for another place to stay. Our room had a view of a lot with a chainlink fence with razor wire on the top. The room was old and needed work. I would not stay here again.
