When we got to the hotel and checked in, our room was hot even tho the AC was on and there were dirty towels left in the shower. After about 2 hrs, we returned to the hotel room even though staff said they would water the AC from the outside to see if it would cool off, the room was still hot. We requested a new room due to the ac not working. When we got the new room, the toilet did not have a lid, the shower head leaked and shower appeared not to have been cleaned as it had hairs, but due to us being tired from a long day, we decided to make the best of it. We will definitely not be staying there in the future.
Booked this property for a family reunion and had the opportunity to meet up with family two days earlier than the reservation. They were able to accommodate us so we did not have to change rooms. We even had the opportunity to do laundry for free! We stayed a total of five days and the staff was very friendly and efficient.
The rooms were older but nice. The Wi-Fi was very weak or non existent in the rooms during the evenings, not enough band width for capacity.
Clean room... friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Wanted a bed for one night while on the road and got what I paid for. No complaints.
Nice clean rooms. No frills. We stayed 2 nights and only were left 2 coffee cups, no water cups. Fridge was big, microwave was clean. TV channels were 75% shopping channels and infomercials. Overall very good for being a Super 8.
At a minimal level of cleanliness, facility maintenance and staff service. The "breakfast" was edible however spartan offerings. I would give the benefit of doubt and rate it a 2.5-3. Just is below par even for a Super 8.
We were only there one night and good priced room. Clean. We went to Bloomers in the same parking lot for dinner and had good food.
There was a lot of noise from outside the hotel. The breakfast was okay, but limited selection. Probably the best hotel in the Carroll area.
We came in for a wedding reception nearby. Very easy to get to the hotel off US 30. Clean room. Easy to get the temp to where my wife and I wanted it. Very comfy bed, and a hot shower in the morning. All we needed.
