Walk to Weaver Street, Breakaway Cafe, Dingo Dog Brewing Company, and our other fantastic coffee shops, cafes, breweries, and restaurants. Perfect for families and close friends. Two cars max.
LIVING ROOM
Walk-in and be greated by your bright and cheerful living room, which includes seating for 4 and a smart TV for watching all your favorite streaming apps. Also enjoy an assortment of books and eclectic art for your stay in artsy and adorable Carrboro!
KITCHEN
The large and newly remodeled kitchen includes all appliances, a coffee maker, Cusinart toaster and air fryer, and all of the pots and pans and utensils you'll need should you want to cook from home. If you prefer to eat out, we're just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. If you prefer to drive, the town of Carrboro has free parking lots for easy access.
KING BEDROOM
The king bedroom includes a TV for watching your favorite shows from bed, an overhead fan for air flow, and clothing storage in the closet as well as a dresser.
QUEEN BEDROOM
The queen bedroom includes a small TV for watching shows from bed, an overhead fan for airflow, and a closet for hanging clothing.
BACK PATIO
The private back patio has outdoor dining for 6. It's completely fenced in and private, making for a lovely oasis, especially in North Carolina's warmer months (and the occasional delightfully warm and sunny winter day!).
BATHROOM
The spacious bathroom features a tub and roll-in shower. ADA compliant with grab bars, wide door ways and a shower chair (available upon request) for those who need it!
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.
RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.
DEPOSIT
We require a $500 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
No pets allowed.
