Surprisingly nice, friendly staff, across the street from beach, pedestrian walkway next door.

I enjoyed my stay and the staffs are friendly.

Small hotel walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens and beach ! If your roomed on first floor it can get noisy as it’s near a busy road and other guests outside chatting . Staff was very helpful and kind. Tv and air conditioner was a plus in room.

Keep up the good work of I go back to PR I would love to stay in this hotel again

It was nice and clean friendly staff and will book again

The bathroom tiles were cracked. The place smells old and moldy. We didn't feel secure. No dead bolt on the door. We checked out really early as we cannot sleep due to road noise. Airconditioning was very loud too. The picture you have on your site is nothing like the room we stayed at (Room# 7).

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is right next to the freeway so the traffic noise is incredibly loud. We could not sleep due to the noise. The room itself was kind of dingy, like a low quality motel. For all of the issues, I thought it was way overpriced.

Super nice hotel close to the beach. The best experience.

All it was just ok,considerin conditions after the huracane, room had a smell like not opend for a while, employees did theys best noticeble, i would recomend,

The only thing that need update is carpet. Please update carpet and microwave. Everything else was nice.

Do NOT stay here. It is filthy dirty. The room was disgusting. I found a bed bug on the headboard. It does NOT look anything like the pictures. It is not as advertised. There was no wifi. The lobby had almost no lights and there was no electricity but running on a generator. As soon as I arrived in the room, I checked the mattress folds and headboard for bedbugs. I found a bedbug and showed the front desk worker who acknowledged the bedbug. I immediately left and was told I would still be charged (I booked this room on my phone about 10 minutes prior to arriving.) I asked to speak to a manager and one was called on the phone. He wanted me to "Try another room." I advised I could not stay at the property because I found a bedbug and they can travel from one room to the next. I left immediately but was still charged for the room. I was in the room maybe 5 minutes and did not do anything but check the mattress and headboard. I did not mess up anything in the room, or use the bathroom. It is extremely unethical that I was charged for this room. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

No electricity not running water. Why was it even listed
