The unit was nice and quiet. Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Short walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the Boardwalk and 35 min walk to pier. Could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was 3 deep. You had to leave your phone number on the dash in case someone needed you to move. We were always at the end, so no issues for us getting out. The only negative was the pans for cooking were terrible. No matter how much oil I used the food stuck to the pans because they were so old and worn out. So if you are going to cook, bring your own skillets.

Great location, good condo

Good two bedroom condo with plenty of sleeping!Pros: Tempur-pedic beds, multiple sleeping arrangements, cute porch overlooking the water, you can see the Ferris wheel from the porch,great location right on the beach in a not quite as busy section a few blocks up from town, but still short walking distance to the boardwalkAreas for improvement: better communication (messaging through the app took 24 hours or more for a response, after we arrived, I had a question and I left a phone message with the company and they did not return it.) Kitchen has all the things you might want, but could be somewhat updated in terms of quality of pots and pans, better/bigger cutting boards. Dishwasher was made less century and is NOISY. Icemaker in fridge is SLOW, you will be buying your own ice. Should have hand soap dispensers available in all bathrooms and kitchen. This is obviously a condo owned by the Realty company - as in nobody lives there any part of the year so having "quality" items is not the priority.Note on the parking situation: like many of the condos in Carolina Beach, this one has row parking where somebody is going to be parked in. They ask you to leave phone numbers on your dashboard for contact and to be available to move your car. In practice, sometimes the phone numbers are illegible a.k.a. the person cannot be contacted, sometimes people don't answer their phone, etc and this could lead to significant coordination issues with getting your car out.
