Everything was great except the Wi-Fi. It was weak and cut off periodically.
Our room had an issue with the shower -- using shower sounded like a jackhammer tearing up the floor. Neighbors were beating on the walls because of the noise. Front desk response was "we will inform the guests next door". Hard pass, won't stay again.
Canceled stay 2 days before but a year later charged my card. Stay away from these guys. Pure ripoff.
We came down several hours before check in time and they went ahead and gave us the parking pass so we could head to the beach. Then they called me when the room was ready. It was 2 hours before we expected. Excellent customer service!

The heated in the heated pool went out. That’s the entire reason we stayed there. Our sink was leaking horribly and they told us to put a trash can under it!!!! The overnight staff Corey was HATEFUL. Our toilet wouldn’t flush from the beginning of our stay until the end. Thankfully the manager on-site did make it better by refunding half our money back. Great view and comfortable beds overall.
Loved the ocean view from the balcony and all the staff were friendly and welcoming!!
It was just a beautifully decorated hotel with gorgeous views and good position - a little tucked away from the crowded areas, still easy access to the beach and boardwalk, great facilities and amenities, and very very friendly staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Location was great. Paid premium for the room just to find it filthy. After all, i would never book this hotel again.
The location is excellent the staff was great the room was not quite as clean as you would expect from this high end of a chain it is newly renovated and high end furnished but the overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par

Joe at the front desk was amazing. The property is very clean and modern. We slept great and the view of the ocean was perfect.
