Terrible customer service
Upon arrival and checking in I wasn’t greeted by the staff. In fact the exact opposite. One of the ladies looked to the other woman who was working the front desk and said “ wow.. another person checking in.. this weekend is nuts.” Like we were putting them off in some way. I mentioned to the woman I had booked our stay over a month ago and before I did book my stay I called the hotels direct line and asked if I could have a small pool party for my sons birthday party and that I’d have 8-10 boys all the age of 9. The woman on the phone said oh no problem at all!!! I asked if she would just put a note in my reservation that it would be from 3:30-5:30 she agreed to do so. So, when I brought that up to the woman when I was checking in she said there is no note in here and you cannot have a party we’re too busy, absolutely not. The other front desk woman kept shaking her head saying “ nope, nope, cannot have a party.” I argued that I had this all planned well over a month ago and that I called ect and would NOT had booked this trip in the Suite if I couldn’t have the party then asked to speak to the manager. They ignored my request and said very angrily “ well you cannot have more than 6 kids and you need to be out by 6.” I could go more into detail of the complete rudeness on both of their parts but I’m tired of typing. Was the worst customer service I’ve seen in quite awhile. I will not go back because of this. Best western of centralia you need to do better on your staffing.
