The history and beauty of the place was amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast buffet not so much.
I would recommend staying at another hotel. I booked this hotel and had to cancel one week in advance due to a medical emergency. This was prime season and I'm certain the room was re-sold. Management did not refund ANY of our money for the room even after a doctor's report was submitted. This owner is heartless and uncompassionate and for that reason I say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
We really enjoyed our stay. We had our daughter with us and we slept comfortably. The pool is pretty nice but the area could be updated (furniture, add potter plants around the pool). The views from the hotel deck are amazing! The wifi never worked for us in our rooms, which the hotel should address. It barely worked in the common areas. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is super convenient to Anacapri old town.
