Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Arif! He was quick to respond to messages via email before I arrived and helped arrange the airport shuttles. Only a couple things to note: First, there is no free bottled water as listed on the description. Also, for travelers used to European breakfasts, expect to eat a Turkish breakfast and you will not be disappointed! Lots of breads, and cheeses to choose from and other Turkish breakfast dishes. The room I had was spacious for one person but might be small (especially bathroom) for 3. Also found one of the hotel's shower gel's open on the floor in the shower so not sure how clean the shower was (I didn't say anything about it or the troublesome lock on front door during my stay. Minor inconveniences for me but I think Staff would have done something to improve it had I said something). You get cave living experience as there's low-lighting in room and bathroom. Also, you can see hot air balloons rising around sunrise and get some nice pictures from the lower terrace of the hotel! Overall, for a short trip, it's a good location and nice place to stay if you want a private cave hotel experience... and the friendly, helpful staff are a huge plus!
