This apartment is located on the ground floor of a fully renovated semi-detached villa. While offering all the comforts of a modern structure, it retains the charm of the surrounding rural landscape, with approximately 60 sqm of elegant and welcoming interiors.

The home features a beautiful veranda, furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing moments. Inside, there's a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The windows create a pleasant harmony between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The apartment also includes a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and bidet.

Guests can enjoy a large garden shared with the property, and an exclusive-use BBQ area.

Pets allowed (small/medium size) on request, with a €30 surcharge

Security deposit (mandatory): €200; refundable at the end of the stay after property inspection (if paid in cash, refund will not be issued before 3:00 PM)

Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; not available to book on-site)
