DID NOT HAVE DOUBLE ROOM WHEN CHEKING IN AND HOMELESS DRUGGIES BEING ARRESTED RIGHT NEXT TO PROPERTY. WIFE DID NOT FEL SAFE AND DID NOT EVEN CHECK IN LEFT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL

They told me that I never booked with them despite showing them my info via the Orbitz app. Essentially, my fiancé had to pay for the room. There is no way I should be charged for a room that apparently I wasn’t entitled to. The only decent consultation was the my girl got the room for $40.
Front desk staff member was rude , her appearance was unclean... very unprofessional. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place until the staff’s overall customer service improves in all areas.
The only thing good about this property is the friendliness of the staff esp Brittany
Had a stale smell and not real clean around property
Soft bed sheet appears to have blood or feces stains. As that was “zipped on”, we had to deal with it. Enjoyed seeing a pimp and “worker” outside the lobby at 5 am when we left. Orbitz having this property as an option is a disservice to its own rep.
Possible bed bugs, shower sucked, neighbors behind me in 206 were t hi monkfish bass music all night, apparently these losers LIVE there. Gross pillows, I possible to contact front desk, AC was LOUD, shall I go on? Pay extra to go elsewhere.
Everything was fine. Just charged twice. But refunded for one
The room was dirtier than any place I’ve ever stayed before. It was worse than a cheap hostel. The toilet was disgusting, there was still food and stains all over the counters, the floor was so sticky, I almost fell because my shoes were stuck to the ground. When I called and asked for someone to clean it the next day (they don’t clean if you’re not staying for more than a week), they said they’d let their manager know and put me on the cleaning rotation but this never happened. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, even if you’re in a pinch. Had I had my own car with me, I would’ve rather slept in my car than this room.
I for one requested a smoking room but only to get there an find out the property is non smoking period an the shower was broken on the wall the floor was dirty man I just wish they cared more about the business because it's in a great neighborhood and with easy access to the interstate
The front desk checkin was great. The property on the other hand is filthy. Trash and cigarettr butts are all over the grounds. The room smelled of smoke, the carpets are filthy, and the entire room was in need of deep cleaning starting with the heater / ac unit. The outside concrete stairs are crumbling. Windows were filthy. Just general lack of cleaning and maintenance on the property.
